  Ted's place really is the best location in Dewey. Right across the street from the Rudder and a short walk to the Starboard. Not to mention you can see the sand from the deck! In addition to the beach and restaurants/nightlife, we really enjoyed walking to the small retail shops and the new Auntie Annes pretzel which just opened up this summer. The house is in great condition and was the perfect size for my family and friends. This place has one of the best balconies in Dewey Beach. Photos don't do it justice! It's enormous, private, and perfect for people watching. We had a blast. Was nice to enjoy the energy of Memorial Day weekend, followed by the peaceful and quiet weekdays that followed.

  My family and I truly enjoyed rental this beach condo/house. The inside is very roomy and super clean! Every bedroom had a bathroom, which was a big plus for my family. The kitchen had all the appliances and gadgets that we needed for our weekly stay! The living room was big enough for our whole family to relax together after a long day at the beach. The outdoor deck was a real treat. Our family enjoyed breakfast on the deck every morning and the nice cool breeze at night. The outdoor shower came in very handy daily. This rental was in very close walking distance to the beach and just a short drive or bike ride to Rehoboth Beach. This rental would work for any family/friend rental arrangement. We are already set-up to rent next summer!!!

  I loved this condo for several reasons and would recommend it to anyone. Here are a few of my reasons why: 1. Location is perfect for beach and shops. My husband and I took a walk along the beach to Rehobeth in about 35 minutes and then had lunch and then got the trolley home. 2. The condo was clean and very well equipped. Sometimes I have stayed at places with very limited kitchen items but the kitchen was well stocked. The owners have thought of everything. 3. Another important consideration is how comfortable I am sleeping. I never heard any street noise and the beds were very comfortable. 4. Parking was great - it was right there and all I had to do was roll my luggage in and that was it. I only had to take my car out once since there is so much in walking distance or we could just hope on the trolley. 5. There is a great breakfast spot about a 3 minute walk from the condo. I cannot remember the name but it is on the same side and down the street just a bit. Lots of locals there and some interesting breakfast conversations. 6. I brought my small dogs with me and their kennels and there was so much room for them. The pups loved sitting on the deck and watching all the activities. 7. I would recommend this condo to my friends (actually I already have). I am looking forward to staying in Dewey again for vacation and will certainly stay here again. Thank you owners for such a wonderful place.

  The pictures of this condo are nice but you need to stay here to appreciate the location and amenities. We attend the Doodle Romp during the spring and needed a place that was roomy and could accomodate our Goldendoodles. The deck runs the length of the condo and the doodles loved it. The condo has all the conveniences of home and access to the beach is not to far off the deck without having to cross any streets. A fabulous place!

  We stayed at this unit during a late summer getaway and were pleasantly surprised. It is much roomier than it appeared in the pictures and was the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. It is well appointed and very organized. It contained everything we needed and was a great home-away-from-home. The beachblock location is an easy walk to the beach and is convenient to some of our favorite restaurants. We hope to stay there again soon.

Cancellation policy:

(1.)Payments can be set up to be three payments if so desired by contacting owner. (2.)Check In and Check Out is SATURDAY on all weeks requiring one week stay. (3.)Non Refundable deposit of $150 required with reservation. (4.)Payment Schedule can be set up to be 2 additonal payments with the last payment 21 days before check in. (5.)Additional charge of 6% if using paypal or visa. Sending a check has no additional charges. (6.)Deposit Refunded within two weeks of checkout and negotiable in the off season. (7.)Pet charge is for 2 dogs for $200 and no charge for no pets. Negotiable in the off season. (8.)Lease will be emailed to you for signature and returned with non refundable $150 deposit. (9.)Costs stated on VRBO like pet charge do not apply unless pet is checking in. Cleaning charge could be added for short stays in the off season.
