THIS CONDOMINIUM IS REFURBISHED FOR THE 2008/2009 SKI SEASON. New 42" plasma televison, new carpet, new kitchen, new tile and new blinds and other additions add to the charm of this condominium. It is decorated to represent the rustic appeal Park City has long been known for. Its clean and comfortable setting provides a wonderful getaway retreat. Watching skiers from the main floor or the master bedroom is a favorite. Walking to Park City resort is ten minutes or the free shuttle stops near the condo to take you to Park City, Deer Valley or Canyons resort.
Summertime provides a beautiful mountain setting on one side for biking and hiking, with fun activities in the park on the opposite side. Located in a wonderful part of the town, this condominium's proximity puts you so close to so much of Park City.
The layout of the condo is as follows.
Upstairs there are two rooms; one with a king size bed and a full bath/shower. The other room has a queen size bed with a shower only.
The main level has a kitchen, dining room, family room and bathroom with a hot tub for one.
Downstairs has one room with two single beds and a full bath/shower.

It is in a great location. There is just so much to do whether in the summer or in the winter.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Centrally located to so much in Park City. You can see the Ski resort right outside the window. The city park is also right next to the condo.

This condo was very comfortable, perfect location for getting around the area, clean and well maintained. We felt like we were coming home after skiing. Would highly recommend this condo, great value and true to description.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
