Our Coeur Du Lac condominium is located right on the shores of Lake Dillon. The unit is on the top floor so the views of the lake and mountains are breathtaking! Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate on the deck overlooking it all!
Come and enjoy the mountain feel of our remodeled unit with a granite, wood-burning fireplace. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room. We have a selection of videos, games, books and puzzles for the entire family to enjoy!
Dillon is centrally located to all activities in the Summit County area, both summer and winter. The outlet shops of Silverthorne are within walking distance or a short drive.
In the winter, you are centrally located to five major ski areas: Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapaho Basin, Copper Mountain, and Vail. Along with skiing, these areas offer a variety of activities including snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and dog-sled rides. The Summit Stage Shuttle stop is a block away and provides FREE transportation to the ski areas.
In the summer, the bike and walking paths are directly behind the complex. Our complex as a new, beautiful, outdoor pool/hot tub area. The amphitheater, just a five-minute walk, offers FREE concerts, farmers' markets, plays, and other activities. Next to the amphitheater is a beautiful park which has a new playground area for the kids. The marina is also close by. Summer in the Colorado Rockies offers fishing, hiking, biking, white-water rafting, and jeeping. Again, our Dillon condominium is centrally located to all these activities.
Dillon offers a "small town" feel yet at the same time, offers all the amenities of a resort town including great shopping, restaurants, movie theatres, bowling, and a great recreation center.

We had a great stay! Your condo was very nice and well appointed. We loved the lodge theme and the view was spectacular!! We hope to use it again in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

“Wow” is the only phrase that sums up our first impression of your condo on Lake Dillon. Our family of four makes visits to the Summit area annually and this condo is the best we’ve rented by far. We chose your property for location, bed configuration, wireless internet, hot tub, etc. The photos on the web were nice, but upon arrival everything exceeded our expectations for cleanliness, space and accessories. Only after walking through the condo, did we open the living room drapes for the “wow” factor of a wonderful, wonderful view. The lake and the mountains were gorgeous, plus we could watch kite boarders on the ice as they flew by. Throughout the week, we continued to find small features that brought smiles to our faces like ample wine glasses for guests, one minute drive to the grocery store, recycling bins, extra towels, and two great TVs with full range of cable channels since it was March Madness week. The one flaw we found was the lack of a baking pan or muffin tins for making cornbread with our chili, but that’s getting downright picky. Please consider us to be very satisfied customers and we’ll see you again next year!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers.

This is the first time I have written a review before checking out and, I hesistate to do so because I don't want this one to be booked up all the time! The interior is comfortable, well layed out. I would say the 4 people is comfortable, more would be a bit snug. It is actually much nicer than the pictures! Bedrooms are comfortable, there's a little deck off the master which provides good airflow through the condo and nice light. The bdrm with twin beds is good sized, very large. The views are amazing. The grill works very well with an extra propane tank just in case. Deck is large enough to dine on, which we've done ever since we arrived. Although we aren't pool users, the pool facilities are nice. There's also a bike rack below the main stairs to store your bikes away from any sudden storms. Recommendations for future renters: The only recommendation would be to bring every kitchen condiment you would need for cooking. Most condos have basics such as salt and pepper, sometimes mustard, ketchup,olive oil, PAM etc. that past residents have left. This condo is so clean that it is very much like a hotel. You bring what you need as, it appears all will be cleared out for the next visitors. We've had an absolutely wonderful experience. We are already planning future dates to Dillon and hope that this condo will be available.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
