This NYC style efficiency studio apartment just 2 blocks from the Hollywood and Highland entertainment/shopping center (red line subway station, Hollywood walk of fame, El Captain Theater, Roosevelt hotel, la fitness) and is available for short/long term. This studio is the other half of a duplex and is about 450sq/ft. It has hardwood floors, 8 ft ceilings, recently redone bathroom and kitchen.
It is a fully furnished rental (everything from sheets/towels/dishes/ipod sound docking station) As for amenities it has an efficiency stove, refrigerator, full shower, access to a shared patio, outdoor dining table, bbq grill and back yard. Rent all utilities including gas, electricity, water, premier cable, and wifi. The property is gated and nicely landscaped and offers street parking only (non permit street).
Rates are 100/night, 600/week, or 1800/month, prorated at each rate (ex. if 10 days will use the weekly rate). Email with any further questions. Thanks~

This is a very nice, safe, comfortable place to stay. Vince is very accommodating and the location is great! My first impression was that the space was clean and ready for me! The apartment is compact, but nicely arranged. The bathroom has a great shower! The kitchen is well-stocked with appliances and utensils. The bed is nice and comfy and the closet is a walk-in with hanging and shelf space. There is a beautiful backyard with a gas barbecue. It was quiet, which is hard to find in LA! Vince was upfront and apologetic that the washer/dryer was not working, but that the part had been ordered. If you are a shoe lover, there is a great store less than a block away - Off Broadway Shoes - and Starbucks is about 2 blocks away! I will definitely contact Vince the next time I am going to LA and hope this apartment is available.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

This studio apartment was a fantastic rental. It is an amazing location, close to everything. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Privacy was good with its own entrance but also security within the grounds of the main house was great. The apartment itself was well supplied - good kitchen facilities - and had everything for my busy lifestyle, including good wifi. I also appreciated the efficiency with which I received a full refund of my bond deposit.
