  I spent two weeks with my family visiting the parks and shopping in the outlets. The condo is great, had everything that we needed and was really confortable for my family and me. Everything is new and worked well during our stay. Talking about loacation, Disney, Universal, Sea World and the outlets are all around the corner, not more than 15 minutes to get everywhere. I strongly recommend to use this condo if you are planning to visit Orlando for vacations.

  The owner was very easy to deal with throughout the whole process from deposit to payment to having the key in the box when you get there. It was just a great way to rent a place. The condition was perfect: everything clean and operable. Even getting to it - it's right through the gates. We loved it and hope to stay there again next year. KB4Par Seattle

  This property was well maintained and comfortable. We had plenty of space and the beds, furniture, appliances, etc. were very nice. There is a pool and hot tub close by, which was less busy than the main clubhouse pool. Overall, this part of the resort is pretty quiet, which is nice if you are tired of the crowds around town. The only downside is the distance to the main clubhouse, store, workout room and larger pool.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

  Lovely modern apartment in a great location in Orlando.... 10 mins from Universal and Seaworld themeparks and minutes from many restaurants on International Drive..... also literally 2 minutes from the excellent Shingle Creek Golf Club where we were given very good quality rental clubs for free as were staying at Vista Cay! Very handy Publix supermarket at the entrance to resort. The apartment was very clean... had ample storage ... very comfortable beds ... a well equipped kitchen ......a brand new washer and dryer for guest use ... and fast internet connection! Overall a very good find in great location for the attractions of Orlando .... only small negative was that although the sofa looks nice we didn't find it very comfortable... not a big problem though... Extremely easy booking procedure and no problems whatsoever with finding the apartment and getting the key etc......

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers.

  Many thanks for contributing to what was an excellent holiday. This is clearly a "hidden gem", certainly for UK holidaymakers (although I suspect not for long). Excellent location, being a mile or two from Sea World and the Convention Centre/International Drive. The accommodation can take up to 6 guests. It is spotless, modern and very well laid out. The apartment is in a quiet, gated community within two minutes of a Publix, Universal Blvd and International Drive. At the rear of the property is a lake with a walkway (ideal for an evening run). Our interaction with Sam was faultless. A few Emails. Very straightforward. No hesitation in recommending Sam or his properties. Ample for me to summarize by saying I hope to be back in Orlando soon and if so it will hopefully be in this property. P.Mills UK 9/1- 9/8, 2012

  My family and I stayed here for vacation and it was just wonderful. The whole apartment looks just like it does in the pictures. It was clean and very well-maintained. My family just loved it here. We are definitely staying here again when we vacation again in Orlando .
