  We needed a home for a weekend to participate in Cape May's 1st Annual Dragon Boat festival. We were rowing in honor of a friend of ours who is struggling with her battle for breast cancer. Finding a home to accommodate a large group of people was challenging. When I saw this home I just knew it was the home for us. From the moment we reached out to the owner (Lisa) it was clear this was the best decision. The house is simply amazing. Very warm, welcoming, comfortable and spacious! You walk in and feel like you are home. The rooms are comfortable & sleeps 11 people. Lovely back yard. A few steps to the end of the street and you're at the beautiful beach! There are plenty of bathrooms and the open living concept makes it a wonderful place to gather as a family! Everything you need is there.. A filled bookshelf in the living room adds such a wonderful touch too! Sitting on the front porch sipping your morning coffee and smelling the ocean is priceless. In a word... serenity comes to mind! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a fabulous get-a-way! We didn't want to leave!! When you deal with the owner, you feel like you are dealing with someone you've known for years. Very sweet and very accommodating! I can't say enough other than we look to be yearly tenants! This home allowed life-long friends to gather as one to support one of our own who's fighting for her life. We created memories.. If you book this home, you'll see for yourself how perfect a home this is. Thank you Lisa ... thank you for everything! Recommended for ALL ages!!!

  We loved this house. It was so clean and located perfectly. We were able to walk to both the beach and Washington Square Mall. Our family of 10 were very comfortable! I would highly advise anyone that wants a great family vacation to rent this house! We plan on making it a family tradition!

  My family and I stayed in the East side of the home this past weekend (April 2012). The house was very clean, decorated perfectly, comfortable beds, flat screen TV, large fenced in backyard with picnic table and grill, and walking distance to all of Cape May's wonderful attractions and shops! Beach was 2 blocks away which the kids just loved!! Lisa the owner is the BEST!!! Very gracious and friendly! :) Would definitely recommend this property to others!!!!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

  I enjoyed Cape May and this is a really nice home to vacaton in. It was clean and the location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and to the shopping areas and great restaurants. The house is very nice with plenty of room for 10 people. Nice TV's, beds and very nice livingroom and dining area. The house was very clean and very modern. The owner is great to deal with. My family loved it.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We rented the East side in Aug 2010. My entire family, kids included had a wonderful stay. The owner, Lisa was very accommodating after some of our personal belongings were left behind. I highly recommend this rental as it was clean, spacious and a short distance to the beach. We will definitely be interested in renting this property for future vacations in Cape May.

  We stayed a week in August in the East unit of the home. The location is about a block and a half from the beach and within a short walk to shopping, the arcades and attractions. The home has lovely furnishings and was very, very clean. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need. We truly had a wonderful stay and would fully recommend this rental to others!

  On short notice, began looking extensively for a property for a July 4th family get together. Was pleasantly surprised at the response received from owner of said property as she was gratuitous in offering this property for a weekend rental in peak season (which is almost impossible to find). We rented the West side of the property and it was more than expected - spacious, clean and very hospitable which made our stay enjoyable...so much that even the kids in our group referred to it as "home" during our short stay. The property is as advertised; it's very accommodating, centrally located and close to the beach and nearby activities. Would definitely recommend this property to others and would definitely rent again.

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, pet owners, families with young children, sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
