'THE ULTIMATE' is a fabulous large classic beach house, brand new house, with spectacular views from master bedroom. There are 6 master bedrooms (most with private bathroom), 2 on the 1st floor with king size bed & bathroom, 2nd Master on the 2nd floor with bath and balcony overlooking ocean & 3rd Master on 3rd floor with king size bed. There is a living area on the 1st floor with dining & main kitchen and a secondary living area on the 3rd floor for watching spectacular sunsets in the evening with a secondary full kitchen & bar for enjoyment. There is also a game room with pool table and tiki and wet bar overlooking ocean and lake next door that is available.
The beach access is directly in front of this house with quick easy access within 45 second walk and the video tour shows you the exact walk to the beach, very easy.
This is in the perfect location on the quiet side of Panama City, Laguna Beach and close to Pier Park & Rosemary Beach for quaint shops and restaurants where you can enjoy evening movies on the Beach.

Great location to the beach, 45 sec - 1 minute walk. Plenty of space for our group to spread out and not seems on top of each other. Nice views and deck space to hang out in the evenings. Very nice home and will return next year.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, people with disabilities.

We had a group of 14 men stay in the two houses. We were VERY happy whith the arrangements. We had plenty of space for us a To all spred out amd have our own room. It was about a 400 yard walk to the beach which is very nice also. Over all it fit all our needs, plenty of space, close to bars, reastraunts, etc. Thanks for letting us stay in these wo derful homes. If im every back i will definetly inquire on these homes!!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, adventure seekers.

Rented both of these homes for the Thanksgiving weekend for my family. The houses are right next to each other and accomodated our family of 13 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms were nice sized and bonus living room on the third floor served as our "kids room". The entire family was pleased with the short walk to the beach and the views from the second and third floors. The homes were stocked with essentials and laundry facilities, which came in handy. The houses are located on the west end of Panama City Beach in Laguna Beach. A very short drive to Pier Park, shopping and dining. I would highly recommend these houses for a large family reunion with children and adults of all ages.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
