  Spent a very enjoyable week at this property in the Palermo Hollywood neighborhood in Bs. As! The apartment was comfortable, well priced, and situated close to great restaurants, shopping, and the subway. The 2 floor layout of the apartment and the large rooms made it feel extremely spacious but also private. The subway is just a few blocks away and easy to navigate. There are also frequent city buses 1 block away on Santa Fe Avenue that make it easy to get to the further away neighborhoods like San Telmo for the 'not to be missed' Sunday market or to Caminito/La Boca for a Tango show! We enjoyed having dinner in Palermo most evenings. Several excellent restaurants are within a 10-20 minute leisurely walk from the apartment. Our favorite restaurant was La Cabrera where we've eaten on past trips to Bs. As. It still remains the best meat restaurant...just make sure to reserve a few days in advance!

  My family had a wonderful stay at this exceptional condo in the heart of the Palermo district. It was everything we hoped for , comfortable beds, good bathrooms and showers , internet . The outdoor balcony was fabulous as we had great weather and we were able to spend time out on the balcony reading etc. I wish we had more time to explore the neighborhood. There is an abundance of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. We did have a good guide to help us with this as otherwise we might not have found everything, especially the boutique shopping. The condo felt like being at home. We could cook breakfast and press coffee before heading out to the city. Then in the evening before heading out again for dinner we could have drinks on the balcony. Lovely. Thank you!

  Condo is completely updated and modern with 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms very nice. Palermo Hollywood is a great mix of the old and new with local flavor and affordable. Shopping in the area is both small shops you can walk to and large modern full service grocery (Jumbo) and shopping mall only 1/4 mile. Great restaurants in walking distance or short taxi ride, 4 blocks away is EL Trapiche our favorite steak place and many others, Itailian etc. $15-20 for a great steak beefe de lomo. Near the Subte (subway) which was crowded but a fast and inexpensive way to get downtown to see the Presidential Palace, Museums and other sites. Close to buses routes on Santa Fe Ave. and taxi cabs in front or on the corner.. We would often spend the day exploring the city and return to Palermo to go out to dinner at one of the many fine restaurants close by. For a high end Tango Show we recommend EL Almacen which is downtown and a very special and beautiful old Tango club. Get tickets in advance if going on Fri / Sat night. The apartment has a fully updated kitchen to cook in and large deck for entertaining. The apartment is a top floor end unit, and building has elevator. Also recommend the Ricolletta Market which is on Sundays and is outdoors and full of Artisans booths with many original handcrafts and artworks a really neat experience nearby is Evita's Tomb.

  Excelente Lugar, cerca de todo, media cuadra av santafe (bus,subte), taxis siempre en la esquina, barrio muy seguro a cualquier hora del dia o noche, se puede caminar y en pocas cuadras a la redonda hay supermercado,fruterias, carnicerias, jugos, restaurantes fondas etc, estuvimos 2 semanas y el apartamento esta superequipado con todo lo que se requiere para la previa, picaditas,desayunar, Bose, WiFi tv, telefono local, 2 recamaras arriba y 2 sofas abajo junto a la tv frente a la cocina, edificio nuevo con entrada privada y elevador, no pudo ser mejor, la ubicacion, mejor que microcentro, Joe, excelente anfitrion, definitivamente para regresar con familia o con amigos, Estuvimos 2 semanas para la copa America de futbol y ningun problema a ninguna hora
