EVERYONE will be comfortable! The Master Suite with king, includes a 50' flat screen 3D TV & private bath. The 'Blue Room' with double & 'Gold Room' with 2 twins, are connected by the 'Blue Bathroom'. The 'Green Room' with full bed has a seperate bath next to it off the main hall.
There is an extra 1/2 bath off the south hall by the Game room which converts to a 5th 'bedroom' with 2 queen blow-up mattresses! Also a large formal living/dining room with a queen sofa sleeper and formal dining for 8!

WOW! The owner made this stay unforgettable! This clean and well-maintained home met all the requirements we were looking for...and then some. Fourteen guests in one home...never felt better. Large enough to have our privacy and big enough to enjoy one’s company. The photos in the listing gave a good description, but seeing it for yourself makes it even better. Our son graduated from New Mexico Military School. We wanted a place to provide the comforts of a home for family and friends. Those in attendance were complimentary on the design and comforts of the home. The spacious,well-equipped kitchen, entertainment system and yard made it nice to host a graduation luncheon for travelers and locals to attend. The property is in a peaceful neighborhood and near grocery and department stores. We wish we would have learned about this property four years earlier. We definitely would have made this our, "Home Away From Home." Thank You!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

We were in Roswell for a family funeral, and needed a place where a large family group could gather after the service to have a meal. This large and spacious home fit the bill perfectly. We had kitchen facilities and were able to accomodate a large group, rather than shoehorning people into motel rooms. As far as sleeping arrangements go, one night we had seven (7) people in five different bedrooms (utilizing one of the qween size air mattresses), and the other two nights six (6) people in four different bedrooms. The only reason I am giving the property four stars (really 4 1/2 stars) instead of five is because we were in town during a stretch of cold weather and it seemed like the small far northeast bedroom (the small one with the twin beds) and which was farthest from the heater had a hard time staying warm enough.Owner response: Thank you so much for your good review! And I really appreciate the info on the far bedroom. Usually our weather isn't that cold and I had forgotten that that room should have a little space heater to keep it as warm as the rest of the house. I will see to that immediately. We rented this lovely home for our 40th high school reunion and everyone had the best time. It is a very lovely home, everyone was comfortable and plenty of room for catching up with old friends. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bedrooms are very nice and comfortable. The entire home was very clean. The owner was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is looking for a weekend getaway, family vacation or reunions. What a great place! Very spacious, just as described, best location in town - it was all around perfect. We arrived on Thanksgiving Day and really enjoyed spending the holidays here. Julie was amazing and very accommodating. Linens were soft and comfortable, towels were plush and luxurious, and there was plenty of everyday necessities and cooking utensils for us (6 adults and 3 kids, although more could have easily been accommodated). Julie made sure we were stocked with coffee, cream, water, and sugar; she even left cinnamon rolls for us. I was born and raised in Roswell and will definitely be staying here again when visiting family. This was our first VRBO experience. Julie exceeded our expectations. The house was as described and then some! She had a few goodies in the fridge and at the coffee bar. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was very relaxing. It was so much nicer than being in a hotel for 4.5 days! We will be back!!! Wonderful! Our daughter was getting married and all of our families were from out of town. All of our family with grandchildren stayed there and everyone had beds and space. The grooms family and friends came over the evening before the wedding. There were probably 30 adults and 15 children. It was so relaxing, getting to know our new family and friends. The backyard was fantastic. The children played, people had room to really visit and get to know each other. Saturday morning 2 hairdressers came over and got busy, doing hair, nails, make-up in the dinning room having plenty of room, laughing, so much fun! I would definitly recommend to everyone renting a home, especially this one. I can't imagine staying in a hotel again.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, girls getaway, age 55+.

My family, of 8, was in town to visit our son who is attending NMMI. The house was a perfect fit! It was well appointed, clean, nice location, and even had some provisions (milk, juice,bottled water cinnamon rolls) waiting for us! The owner was lovely and very easy to work with. Our family made many memories staying in Roswell. The house is wonderful!!!! It was in a great location, layout of house was nice, very spacious!!!! Relaxing on the back porch after a day of sight seeing was absolutely heavenly!!!!! The owner was very nice and so thoughtful of our comfort. Thank you!! We sincerely appreciated the owner working with us on such a short notice. We were in Roswell for a funeral. The house was very nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. The enclosed yard was perfect for the dog traveling too.Recommended for: Pet owners, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

I genuinely like people and want to make sure everyone is comfortable & happy, whether in my home or vacation home. I have 12 grandchildren, 4 children & manage a senior residence. So I can pretty much relate to any age. I was raised in Roswell & have lived most of my life here. I enjoy decorating, shopping,even just window shopping, and old movies.
