Only a few miles away is the famous 110-store Outlet Mall, many fabulous restaurants (over 40 waterfront), championship golf courses, miniature golf courses, go carts, Missouri's largest state park, and entertainment shows... "The perfect place for a family vacation." Bedrooms include one king, one queen, and two twin beds. Queen size sleeper sofa in living room. Easily sleeps eight. Large, two, well dock steps from the home. One ten-foot by 28-foot slip is available for your use. Dock has swim platform and upper-level, sunbathing deck. Restrictions: Absolutely no smoking in the residence please. Twenty-five percent security deposit required to reserve dates, full payment due three weeks prior to occupancy.
