With tile floors throughout, it is perfect for pets, so bring your dogs!
The 2nd Fl master bedroom and bathroom have its own floor, on the third floor, which offers privacy and a deck with ocean views. The 1st Fl master bedroom is accessible through the garage, which means no STEPS! Both master baths have a walk in shower made with fine tile work. The main floor includes the kitchen and living room in the front and two bedrooms with a full bathroom in the rear. Each living room has two comfortable convertible beds. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom. Each bedroom has a flat screen T.V. and the living room has a large flat screen. There is WiFi as well.

I am currently staying in the 2nd floor of this condo (I guess the condo is for legal purposes, this is a house). The masterbedroom is like having a condo in the house. It has a rear patio that sits up high, king bed, its own bathroom with shower, a 32" tv mounted to the wall with DVD. You get a beautiful view of the ocean from the rear patio. The living area is spacious and decorated perfectly for a shore house. The location, and being able to bring my black lab, is by far the best feature of this house. It is 1/2 block from the beach, and boardwalk. I have a 10 year old and a friend with me and felt comfortable letting them walk to the boardwalk by themselves, because I could be there in less than 2 minutes if they needed me. The front patio allows you to view the street and watch the people (if you like to people watch, this is GREAT). If you don't want to hear or see people, close the door and blinds, and you would never know all the life that exists, exists right outside your door. Main living area has (I think) a 50" mounted tv. This house is close to both bridges, for easy access to mainland. I had 9 people in the house and everyone was comfortable. Great Rental.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with young children, pet owners, families with teenagers.
