  Your cabin was great! My friends and I had a great time. There was a total of 6 people in our group and we enjoyed it so much. We used your grill and hot tub and had a wonderful time! We opened up the windows and turned on the fireplace and it felt great with the cool breeze and warmth of the fire. It was a great place to unwind and chill but also to be crazy and have fun. Everyone had a place to sleep and the two full bathrooms were great to have. We would definitely stay there again!

  This is a great place! We were looking for some R & R and it was simply perfect. The cabin was just as nice if not better as the pictures. It was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The surroundings were picturesque especially with the snowfall. The owner was very helpful and respected our privacy though we knew we could call on her at any time for anything. I would highly recommend this rental site for any reason. We would love to go back in the summer months to participate in the many activities that are within a few miles. Thanks again for a wonderful, peaceful getaway!

  Upper gauley rafting annual trip, awesome little place - we absolutely loved it! Kitchen supplies are well stocked for eating in. Surroundings and trails are beautiful, loved that we cold bring our pups with us, who fully enjoyed a romp in the woods. We had a great time. Thanks so much.!!

  Every thing that we did was fun. We love this cabin!! So beautiful new & clean. Everything we needed was provided & then some. The living room was perfect for our nightly line dancing - loved the wood floors!!

  We visited all state parks all the people we meet were very nice. Your house was beautiful and relaxing our favorite moments were sitting on the back porch in the evenings - quite and peaceful thanks.

  Traveled buy van weather was wonderful 75 to 80. We ranted the lower new river Mark was out guide on the river, he was great. We did not go anywhere. We utilized the kitchen here in the cabin, enjoying time together playing cards, telling jokes and sharing favorite things we liked. This cabin is such an oasis in these hills and woods. Quiet, serene and time away from it all. Our experience with new and gauley river adventures was great and a place to come back to. We really enjoyed our time here.

  Rafting trip was awesome, traveled here from St. Augustine, Florida weather was in the mid 80's. People we meet Skip-I love the way this guy thinks! , Tony our Fantastic river guide, and families from Minnesota and Virginia. Kids loved the hot tub, on a scale of 1 to 10 this place is an 11, and a great value. We had an incredible 2 week adventure and this was icing on the cake! THANK YOU!!

  This cabin is a beautiful gem nestled away, we thouroughly enjoyed our stay. Although it was cold we used the hot tub, and to warm up even more we ate some hot grub. The hiking lended to a tremendous view, we strongly suggest many great trails for you. We made sure to bring along the dogs for outdoor fun, we really were tired after our day long trail run. The fireplace is a very nice touch, so bring some old movies to watch as you cuddle and such. Would love to return sometime next fall, and try whitewater rafting, which should be a ball....word.

  This cabin exceeded our expectations. It's very roomy and clean with high ceilings and beautiful wood work. It was great to have 2 full bathrooms plus a washer and dryer. The hot tub was wonderful to use every evening on the back deck after a long day of hiking. The fireplace makes it warm and cozy too. It's conveniently located to The New River Gorge and just a short drive from Fayetteville, ( which had fantastic places to eat). During our stay we had absolutely NO problem with the beds. We were a bit concerned after reading some of the previous reviews, but whatever the issue was, we didn't experience any squeaky or uncomfortable beds so it must have been resolved. After being in the fresh air all day we slept like babies. I highly recommend this cabin. We stayed an entire week and still didn't get to do all of the things we wanted to do. The area is gorgeous and if you love the outdoors, there is an unlimited amount of activities available.

  The cabin was spotless, well-appointed, and very accessible to all the places we wanted to visit. We especially enjoyed being able to bring our dog with us on this trip! The only negative is the beds; one in the loft is squeaky, but the bed in the main bedroom is even worse. I would recommend fixing the beds and that would bring the rating to five stars for sure. The owner of the cabin was extremely helpful and accommodating and I would certainly rent from them again.

I am trying to remedy one bed at a time since I have now learned that there are 2 squeakers these mattresses are only 1 yr old and I've only owned this property a year. I hope that you and your family come back to visit again and hopefully all the squeaks will be gone.
