    103 Morgan's Trail - We had a wonderful time in this laid back community. The house was wonderful! It was very large and the main floor, dining, kitchen and living area all in one layout was great! The pools and pool houses were very nice! Great porches on two levels were also great. Very nice furniture and comfortable beds. We will stay there again!

    We had an awesome 5 night stay in this beautiful home. It exceeded my expectations as far as the decor. There were plenty of clean towels and the kitchen was well stocked. The home was very clean and cheerful with all the windows . I just loved it. We were within walking distance of the beach and it was not crowded. The home was very near. Watercolor, Seaside and Destin. It was near The Broken Egg, The Donut Hole and The Wine Bar as these were some of our favorite restaurants. We loved shopping at Seaside. Home is also close to The Red Bar. I would highly recommend this home for a vacation. It was everything I wanted and more .

    Wow from the time we pulled in the drive way till the time we locked the door for the final time to turn the keys in it was a magical vacation. The house Is nice and big and it really was everything i ever dreamt a beach house would be, I loved the way the downstairs lights up with sunlight in the morning as you open the windows, The beach had the whitest sand i;ve ever seen an it was very uncrowded which was great, I loved shopping in seaside and all the local tasty places to eat are close by. We'll 100% be back and will recommend the home to all our friends,

    This property is even more beautiful than the photos displayed. My husband, two boys, and parents went to spend the Thanksgiving holiday at the property. There was something enjoyable for all of us to do. The home is beautiful and spacious. We could all move around easily without disturbing each other! The owners even had added a few holiday touches for us to enjoy! The weather was great even though it was late November and the neighboring communities were beautiful with decorations and filled with spirit and holiday activities. I was truly, truly disappointed to leave this home! I would return today if I could!

    We have stayed in The Preserve before but never in this house. The location is wonderful and if you like to have more privacy and not be in the middle of a tourist trap, this is the perfect place. The boardwalk to the beach is very close and just a short walk across the street. The house is also located close to one of the two pools. The house had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. An iron and ironing board is provided for use. When relaxing in the evening in the living room, it would have been nice to have a love seat, big chair, or more comfortable seating, in addition to the couch, since there were 4 of us. But trust me, there is very little to complain about when it comes to this house. Overall, the house was clean. The doors to the ac units were a bit dusty, but that was minor. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate us. We didn't decide to take this trip until the weekend before. He responded quickly to make the stay possible. He also responded quickly to any questions and concerns we had. We spent wonderful days on the beach and by the pool. The beach is not crowded at all. We went to some of our favorite restaurants like the Red Bar and Seagrove Market, which are close by. And, we took a few evenings to go into Destin or Seaside. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a no hassle vacation.

    What a great vacation we had at 103 by the sea. The house was just as desribed. It was very clean and It was decorated very nicely. The hardwoods on the main floor were very nice. What we really enjoyed every morning was opening the 6 foot blinds and letting all the sunshine light up the whole bottom floor. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances were nice. We loved drinking our coffee every morning on the big front deck and hearing the birds chirp. It was nice having one of the 2 pools only 3 houses up near the front of the neighborhood.. We;ve stayed in the neighborhood before but what we really liked about 103 by the sea is it was one of the closest homes to the beach walkway that leads to the beach. The walk was very nice on a shaded walkway. And the beach was simply stunning and very uncrowded, What the kids loved were the 2 dune lakes at which they could crab at.The area was very quiet as its surrounded by forest yet its only 2-3 miles to watercolor and seaside. It was a wonderful vacation and we will definitely be back.

    The House Is Awesome and even better in person than the pictures which is hard to believe. The floor plan is large and Open. I was so impressed with the beach which had sugar white sand dunes and very few people but yet seaside and watercolor are so near if you want more crowds. I'll be coming back next yr and i'll recommend to all my friends.And the owner was so easy and informative to work with.

    Our overall experience at your home was wonderful. The decor was attractive and comfortable. The only thing we would have changed would have been another small sofa in the TV area or a sectional sofa which would have made it more comfortable for all of us to enjoy a movie together. The kitchen was well appointed and well laid out. The appliances were nice with the exception of the refrigerator. The produce drawers were missing, as you were aware, but additionally you had to be careful to ensure the doors were closed. The doors on the refrigerator had a tendency to remain slightly open and we lost the contents of the freezer once as a result. I wanted to let you know this in case you may be considering replacing the refrigerator instead of repairing the drawers. Other than the hand held mixer not working I enjoyed preparing meals in your kitchen. The next time we vacation in the Grayton Beach area we will definitely check to see if your house is available and will reccomend it to our friends.

    We just arrived home from a week stay at 103 by the Sea. We had a really great vacation! The house was in a great location close to pool and beach entrance and had what appeared to be the best & most beautiful beach in the area. The beach was not crowded at all & was an easy walk from the house - even for our three young kids. The house has an open & spacious floor plan & is nicely decorated. I would highly recommend this home & we look forward to visiting again in the future!

    We stayed in 103 Morgans Trail for the week of our daughter's wedding. It is a geat floor plan for a family and the pictures accurately depict the home. The bridesmaids came over and nine women put on makeup and had our hair done together!! There was plenty of room:) Our wedding photographer used the house for many of the wedding pictures! The beach is a short walk on a beautiful tree lined boardwalk that opens up to a wide beach right next to Little Red Fish lake. We really enjoyed our walks on the beach and hanging out there. We rented bikes nearby and enjoyed exploring the area too! We would definitely stay there again.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

    I stayed at 103 by the sea with 4 friends of mine and we really enjoyed the property. There was ample space for all of us and the location is fabulous. You get the benefit of being near the shops and restaurants of Grayton and Seaside, but the quiet of a private beach across the street. The owner was very easy to contact and work with, all the way from booking through the end of our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home - we had a wonderful stay for an affordable price!

    Wow what a great time my family had staying at "103 by the sea" It was nice and spacious with tall ceilings and huge windows. Every morning we pulled the blinds up and the whole downstairs lit up. The neighorhood is a very family friendly thats gated. The beach is incredible and not crowded as theres a state park on the left side with nobody there. Seaside and Watercolor are only 2-3 miles and you can ride your bike there. It was a perfect vacation and we'll be back.

    Seven of us spent a week at this fantastic property in early August 2011. The house is large and beautiful! Absolutely loved the LARGE master bedroom and bath with whirlpool tub. Excellent kitchen with granite countertops and all new stainless steel appliances. No shortage of space for our group in this house. Just a short walk to a fantastic private beach. House is also close to excellent restaurants and shopping. The owner was great to work with and very responsive to every need/question. I highly recommend this excellent property!

    Bigger is better when it comes to beach houses! My family of seven spread out in the 4 bedrooms with ease. We loved the open kitchen and had plenty of utensils. We cooked fresh shrimp, amberjack. scallops, grouper and had gumbo then key lime pie. Plenty of dishes and lots of room at the table. But of course the reason for any beach trip is the BEACH and Grayton beach is our new favorite. We went to the state park a mile away so we could have restrooms and found no crowds. Then we came back later to watch the sunset and take pictures. Twice we saw professional photographers and one wedding. So it obviously is the place to be with gorgeous sand dunes and white clean sand. This place is a winner!

    We stayed at this home a couple of week's ago for a week and had a very nice time at Grayton Beach. It is spacious and accomodated our family of four as well as another family of 5 we had invited for part of the week.We specifically chose this location since it seemed quieter than other locations along 30A and the beach was fairly close. We were very satisified once we arrived as it fulfilled both of those requirements. We would stay here again.

    This was our third year staying in the Preserve, and it did not dissapoint. There was enough space for everyone and the amenities were on par with our previous stays in the Preserve.
