  This two bedroom condo had all the amenities one could need right down to great quality sheets. I love to cook and everything I needed was supplied in the kitchen. I even used the crockpot and the outside grill. Overlooking the heated pool, ocean, and sunsets from the living room was a great past time for my husband and I. Complex is well maintained and clean. What a wonderful month we had in this little paradise on Bonita Beach. Thank you, Jan, for providing such a great place to escape the cold winters in the North. We will be back!

  The property was extremely clean and well maintained. Everything was in working order. The condo was tastefully decorated as shown on the Web Site. The owner was very helpful, answering all our questions. The property is conveniently located to a wide variety of restaurants and grocery stores. The building and grounds were well maintained. The view of the gulf and sunsets were outstanding. We very such enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the condo to anyone.

  This condo is a piece of heaven. Very clean, with an outstanding location. No hustle and bustle. It's quiet and very friendly. Just the relaxing sound of the ocean. Afternoon swims in the pool while looking at the ocean are the best. The access to the beach is right off the pool area. It's flat and the water's close! We ate at The Fish House, Doc's and Mel's Diner. Good food reasonable priced. If you're cooking at home Rode's fish can't be beat. The best shrimp and scallops. Jan has a great condo and when we're back in the neighborhood, I hope we're able to stay here.

  Advert doesn't do it justice. Fantastic location right on the beach. probably the best we have been too in 12 years of visiting the gulf coast. Nice quiet location but close enough to everything you need. Small very friendly condo block with mainly owners staying there. Have no hesitation in recommending to anyone, providing they don't want to book for the same time we want to come back. The owner, Jan, could not have done more to make our better Thank you

  Jan....Thanks so much for the use of the beautiful condo!! We absolutely LOVED it! Our only regret was that we left early because of the threat of Hurricane Issac. The Bed in the master bedroom was soooo comfortable! (Something that we always look for in renting a place because of both mine and my wife's back issues.) What made your condo so amazing was the gorgeous views, the sound of the waves and the awesome breezes off of the gulf coast. You have done a great job of updating the condo...and although the bathrooms are a bit smaller the great rate you gave us made it a tremendous bargain. Nowhere else could anyone go and pay less than the price of a hotel for such an amazing AMAZING place. The condo complex was clean and secure....the pool ALWAYS refreshing and sparkling..... And being right on the ocean made it another GREAT time in Florida for my family! We look forward to coming again next time we plan that FLA beach vacation!!

All my shelling has been on the beach. I have not been there myself during a time when the tide was low enough to expose the sandbar for shelling.   Second floor looking out over a beautiful beach and the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are to die for. The unit is very comfortable and the owner is honest and easy to deal with. The condo is nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. The beach is low traffic for comfortable sunbathing. The sand on the beach is great and there are shells nearby for the shell collectors. The pool is nice with plenty of pool furniture. The building and property are well maintained. The perfect location to just forget your worries and relax. There are several restaurants nearby, one about 2 blocks away. The screened in porch faces West and is great for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine as you watch the sunset. We are looking forward to our next visit.

  Our party of 4 have nothing but superlatives.....Competitively priced , amazing location , stunning views , very comfortable condo , super-nice neighbours , super property manager Bob , and an owner Jan , who really is concerned with you having a QUALITY vacation . Highly recommended .

  Our stay at this lovely condo at Bonita Beach was all we hoped for.... steps away from the gulf, with waves at night singing you a lullabye! The facilities are exactly as they appear in the photos... comfortably appointed and well maintained. Good restaurants close by and many shopping options to choose from. Or, you can just choose to stroll the beach, picking up shells and enjoying the sunset. The owner takes great pride in making your stay comfortable and is just a phone call away. I give this highest ratings and urge you to consider treating yourself! You deserve it!

  If you want a great place to vacation, look no further. The location is great and the views wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice. The unit was spotless and had everything we needed. Looking forward to being able to return.

  Our vacation at Windsong far exceeded our expectations. The beach was great, people were very friendly, and the view from the condo was stupendous. I recommend this vacation spot to anyone who wants a very relaxing time without any of the busy, commercialized areas like Ft. Myers Beach. Thank you Jan for a great experience. Steve and Jan Bontz

  We have stayed at other condos on the Gulf, and this one has been one of the best. The unit was clean, easy to maintain, and provided for all our rental needs. The best, of course, was its direct view of the Gulf from the lanai and listening to the relaxing “music” of the waves. It seems the more familiar we became with the condo, we found more and more perks; i.e., filtered water in the refrigerator and walking to fishing, boating, and restaurants. The unit does need some updating and repair work ,which the owner was to start after high season.
