  We were delighted to be able to stay in this condo - As advertised, it has great mountain and ocean views, is nicely furnished with well equipped kitchen and lots of beach gear and is clean and well kept up. The location is great - 10 minutes to great beaches and 2 minutes to groceries. It's also a great home base for exploring other parts of the island. The owner was helpful in anwering questions and easy to work with.

  We have to thank Gary for helping make our family christmas fantastic. We had 5 adults in the condo and were all very comfortable. We left the condo in the morning and explored the island from this central location. Easy access to Saddle road, Hawi, Hilo, and the volcano. Spent many a day at A Bay and Hapuna, and trips to Kona were easy. We could walk to the grocery store, golf course and Banjy's restaurant. The property is well maintained, loved Monday nights with Auntie Tutu. At the end of a busy day we came back to our Waikoloa Village condo to enjoy the amazing sunset with a well deserved cocktail. We will return to the village for another vacation, thanks you Gary.

  We enjoyed staying in this very clean, dry, and picturesque unit. The sunsets were gorgeous. We had six people stay comfortably here. The price is right and the accommodations were better than described. The owner was very responsive and the office staff were very friendly and helpful. We ventured to the Mauna Kea observatory visitor center for star gazing and had many enjoyable snorkeling trips from nearby beaches. We even observed beautiful manta rays from the Mauna Kea Beach Motel. We would recommend this unit and will visit again in the future. Mahalo.

  The description and photos of the condo are very accurate. The property was clean and well-maintained and Gary was always prompt to respond to my email questions. I would highly recommend this property. This was my second time on the Big Island and each time we have stayed at Waikoloa Village. My wife and I had stayed at a two bedroom condo at Paniolo Greens in 2010 and loved staying at the Village. This time we wanted to treat our two adult children and their spouses and sought a three bedroom condo in the Village. Gary's condo fit our needs very well. The two upstairs bedrooms are quite spacious, the lower office/bedroom less so, but still comfortable. (Last minute circumstances prevented my wife from traveling, so I occupied the smaller bedroom and found it very suitable.) We cooked most of our meals in the condo and found the kitchen easy to work in and well stocked for our purposes. The living room/dining room offered ample room for our family gatherings. I wish the lanai was larger for that purpose, but we utilized it well. As Gary indicated, the view of the ocean from the lanai is great. We never used the swimming pool, clubhouse or any other of the available facilities because we were too busy enjoying what the Island has to offer. My wife and I like staying at Waikoloa Village for several reasons: It offers a more tranquil setting than the Kona area; Village properties are more reasonably priced than beach properties, and besides, we like to visit different beaches and not be confined to just one; it offers a relatively convenient route via Saddle Road to the East side of the Island; and, it really is just minutes from Kona-side beaches. Unless you are a person who has to stay on a beach property and a 4 star resort, you will not be disappointed staying at Gary's condo.

  This property was all and more that we thought it would be. Great quiet location and a little out of the way but we enjoyed that about it as was a short 8 minute drive to the resorts and many fantastic beaches and great places to eat. Just up the street from this complex is a wonderful coffee place where they serve home made breakfasts, lunches, etc. and great coffee. A great way to end your morning walk. The golf course is right there and has some amazing views. It took us about 30 minutes to get to Kona so wasn't too far away and there is so much to do there. Found this to be the sunny side of the island and the weather was always warm and beautiful and the trade winds helped to keep things cool. The layout of the condo is great with a good sized kitchen, living room with awesome views of the sunsets, two large bedrooms up with their own bathrooms, insuite laundry, main floor den with a day bed and has everything supplied that you would need. Would work very well for 4-5 adults as it's very spacious. It certainly is a home away from home and can't wait to go back.

  We stayed at this condo for a month in Jan/Feb 2012. The condo was clean, well appointed and in a wonderful location. We found that the evenings cooled down and allowed us to sleep comfortably. Two of the islands best beaches (Hapuna and Mauna Kea) are nearby and well worth the 15 minute drive. Gary was very attentive to our needs and any questions were replied to immediately. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Thanks Gary.

  We stayed in Gary's unit for a month over Chrsitmas and New Years. The listing is accurate. The photos of the view are exact and amenities are as described. Condo was clean, nicely furnished and well maintained. Gary was very helpful in accomodating us. Great ocean view and sunsets. The location is terrific as it is close to all the Kohala beaches. The space was perfect for us - family of 4 plus the grandparents. Kitchen was very well stocked. The advantage of being a little higher up is that the evenings cool off allowing comfortable sleeping without air conditioning. The kids liked the close walk to the pool/hot tub which was recently renovated. Very nice and clean.

  Our stay was awesome. The condo is centrally located with easy access to the mountains and many amazing beaches.Also the easy access to the pool and Hot Tub was great. The view to the ocean is spectacular. The condo is very spacious and beautifully furnished and truly makes us want to treat it with respect and cleanliness. Thank you again for the wonderful time we had here on our first trip to the Islands. Looking forward to another time when we can return.

  The condo was a great location, CLEAN, well stocked will ample supplies. We shared the condo with our daughter and family and we all fit well into the condo. We enjoyed the kitchen and the supplies/equipment that was there. The kids liked the close walk to the pool/hot tub, We would stay in that exact condo again. I can't think of anything we didn't like about our living area.
