  Over the last few years, we have rented different houses in Santa Cruz, looking for the "right" vacation home. We found it! We have stayed at this house the last 2 years and plan to keep returning. It is located just 3 houses up from our favorite beach, Seabright. It really does feel like a home to us, not just a rental house. The house is roomy, very clean, well maintained and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable. I love all the the outdoor options: nice roomy front deck, cute little back yard, and the great ocean view from the roof deck. The location is perfect. Easy walk across the bridge to the boardwalk. Walking distance to some good restuarants (pizza at Engfers Pizza, breakfast at Linda's Seabreeze Cafe, burgers at Betty Burgers). It is hard to leave at the end of our vacation!

  We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at this great home! We could not want for anything! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the house. The bedrooms are good size; the beds oh so comfortable; and we left the windows open every night so we could fall asleep and wake to the sound of the ocean. The third floor sundeck was our favorite spot! And the house is in a great location! You are minutes from everything i.e., the beach, coffee and/or breakfast place, burgers, brew pub, the Boardwalk, etc. If you want to drive, everything is within a couple of miles. We loved it so much we are already planning our visit!

  Outstanding home which was very accommodating for our family vacation. Great proximity to beach. Rooftop is great place to chill. Wonderful patio in front as well as back. Everything terrific and we would come back again. The only suggestion is if a set of beach towels and few blankets could be available.

  Great vacation home for a weekend getaway and more! Great views! Comfy beds and great kitchen! Loved the close proximity to the beach! Owner was accommodating and very receptive and helpful. Enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

  If you are looking for a gorgeous, newly remodeled hideaway near the beach, this is the place. The elegantly decorated, spacious beach house was perfect for my family. A large island kitchen, comfortable living space, and beautiful 3rd story, open air deck made this rental space worth the wait. The best part for my wife and small kids was that we were literally steps from the surf. Just two houses down from Seabright Beach, my kids were able to spend the day playing in the sand and boogie boarding on the California coast. Pure bliss. This is clearly one of the local secrets in the Santa Cruz area and we will definitely be back for more memories next year. Thanks again.

  This house is a 30 second walk to the beach! I escaped the city for a weekend with three of my girlfriends and stayed here for a relaxing weekend. The house has everything you need to stay in and cook meals, but you’re also just minutes away from several awesome restaurants. We spent an entire day lounging on the rooftop deck enjoying views of the ocean! This house is adorably decorated and extremely well kept. It would also be great for family vacations or a romantic getaway. We’ll definitely visit again!

  This is a perfect beach house in a great location. When I rent a beach house I want to be able to just park my car and never use it again until I leave. the mornings are great here because you can have breakfast either on the top deck overlooking the ocean, or walk to coffee and go for a run down to the yacht harbor. Night time is great because there a plenty of fun places to eat or go out for drinks within walking distance, or do what I did and light a fire, cook in the great kitchen, listen to the waves and watch a movie. I highly recommend this house in Santa Cruz. Just a note to add..on the week-end Seabright is really popular and quite busy with locals and visitors, during the week the crowds are gone.
