We have just updated our house again to make everyone's stay much more enjoyable! Imagine the added quality of now 2 private bathroom suites off of 2 of the 3 bedrooms. We have recently added a full 3rd (third) bathroom with walk in glass block shower & double sinks off of Bedroom #2 or our "Fish Bedroom"! Like the bathroom we added off our master bedroom, this new bathroom is completely tiled, and is complete with ceiling fan & exhaust fan!
Our house survived 2 hurricanes in 2005 year & is now more comfortable than ever! We have a wider beach front, lavish plantings, bigger palapa on our beach than before & our repairs & plantings make it more romantic than ever..........
Newly remodeled, redecorated and furnished three bedroom, three bath, 1700 sq. ft. one story villa with very open floor plan on the beach will make anyone's stay a delight! Situated on the white sandy beach with a coral reef,your sliding doors, which provide spectacular ocean views,are just 60 feet from the water's edge! The house is built to maximize the wonderful Caribbean breezes, the view of the ocean & the sounds of the waves lapping on the shore. A romantic paradise in the Carribean or relaxful private retreat, this house & property are serene & tranquil.........
This house is fully equipped with everything you could possible need to make your stay enjoyable. There are new appliances, satellite TV, a large DVD collection of over 150 titles, 2 stereos, several CD players, games & plenty of novels for beach reading. We supply your linens, including beach towels, & the house comes with 4 kayaks, 4 sets of snorkeling gear & plenty of beach chairs.
There are numerous hammocks positioned around the property, on our covered patios & under the palapa down on the beach to give you shade when you want or need it! Imagine daily naps in the hammock as the breezes caress you & the sounds of the ocean lull you to sleep.
The house has laundry services available on site & there is a phone for your use. We also provide wireless internet cabilities. There are 3 large bedrooms - the master suite has a King bed & new luxurious bathroom suite. Enjoy the comfort of the new dressing area, walk in shower, double sinks & ceiling fans.
A recently added sitting/office area off the bedroom has windows on 3 sides - all of this allows fantastic Carribean breezes to flow into your room! A local Mayan artist painted a beautiful mural on the bedroom wall that only adds to the tranquility!
The 2nd bedroom is also equipped with a King bed & is now featuring it's own walk in bathroom suite! The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds & use of the hall bath. Both bedrooms are very large & have triple dressers for your use. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, are air conditioned & have safes for your valuables.
The entire 1/2 acre is walled, gated & completely secure. Enjoy the lush gardens & private courtyard with built in commercial grade gas BBQ. Buy fresh fish from your beach & cook a wonderful meal on your grill or walk to one of the local restaurants on our bay!
Our caretaking couple live on site & provide daily maid service, clean the beach daily & are available to meet any of your needs. Meal shopping, preparation & cooking are available at extra charge, as well as laundry service or babysitting.
Close proximity to cenote (underground sinkhole), quaint outdoor restaurants and cafes, Mayan ruins and plenty of beach walking. Local dive shop 4 lots from our house where boat trips for snorkeling & / or diving can be arranged. Watch our gorgeous sunrises and sunsets from your own beach or even from your bed!
