We are located across the street from the beach in a peaceful residential area of West Beach with both deeded beach access and a pool, pier and boat slips on Little Lagoon. 3.5 miles west of Hwy 59. Three bedrooms, each with floor to ceiling windows and adjoining bath. Master has king bed, Gulf views and opens to the terrace. Master bath has jacuzzi tub, separate shower, double vanity. Second and Third bedrooms have queen beds. Enjoy the heated indoor pool and hottub, fitness center, or outdoor pool, pier and boat slips. Yes, you can bring your small boat or jet ski and dock them right out back. Little Lagoon is great for fishing/crabbing, boating or just enjoying the views and heron. You can even rent a pontoon boat for a day, or kayaks for the week.
