This deluxe 2nd floor studio condominium in a Gulf-front high-rise at 8817 South Thomas Drive,. This studio condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, microwave,dishes and pots and pans. The condo features , tile floor, large TV with DVD player and two queen size beds. This unit is newly decorated, featuring a couch, new mattresses and headboards, and a dining are with seating for 4. This is a studio which means the living/sleeping area is in one room. We do not have balconies, however, there are common area balconies on each floor.
The condominium is located in the heart of Panama City Beach, and is within walking distance to Clubs LaVela and Spinnaker, shopping, golfing, and other activities. There is an age restriction of 21 years old for singles, and it is strictly enforced. This condominium unit is a NON-SMOKING Unit. (Smoking allowed in outside areas.) Smoking in the unit, or any other deviations from the rules of Top of the Gulf (including failure to occupy the room without advanced notice) will lead to a forfeiture of the $200 deposit. We do not allow pets. By sending the deposit, you are agreeing to these simple conditions.
This family oriented condominium complex has a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, and a massive sundeck overlooking one of the most beautiful beaches on the Emerald Coast.
Come on down and get away. Don't spend all your money on a big condo that all your going to do is sleep in, save that money and spend it on the restaurants, Zooworld, Gulfworld, and the other sights around

We recently returned from a relaxing and enjoyable stay in this unit. It was Spring Break week, but we did not have any typical problems associated with the Spring Breakers, such as loud noise and partying. I took two teenage girls and grandmother and we felt safe - grandmother even stayed by herself for a few hours while we visited friends at a nearby complex. The unit was perfect! The beds were amazingly comfortable. Everything we needed was at hand. The unit was very clean and the furniture and furnishings were upscale. We have stayed at Top of the Gulf in the past and will definitely stay there again in the near future. This unit is our favorite! The owners were exceptionally easy to work with - especially when I couldn't get the door unlocked. Within a couple of minutes, I had the door opened and we were off to the beach to begin making special memories!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This unit is beautifully decorated with plenty of space for our party of 4 adults as well as an infant! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the bath had a really nice shower. The owners have been easy to contact and very quick to reply to any emails. The condo complex is a favorite of ours as we have stayed at Top of the Gulf with friends for many years. The location is just perfect for us -- not overly crowded, but very close to dining out, grocery stores, recreation, etc. You won't believe the VIEW from this room and how easy beach access is!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This is a very clean and beautiful place to stay. The owner's are very easy to reach and get in touch with if you have any questions. I aboslutley love the patio because we have little ones and they could go outside and play. I definitely recommend this room! Awesome price and great room!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

We had a Wonderful vacation and stay at this condo. The condo is very neat and nice! Just a few steps to the Beautiful sand and few steps to the Great pool! The Jordan's were very Nice and quick to answer any questions I had and also gave several great suggestions. A great place to stay on the beach!!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Rate 2013 Summer Rates $795.13 per week. May 20-Aug 10th (Inc. taxes and cleaning) Summer nightly rates $125 per night (incl taxes) plus cleaning $55 (4 night min) After spring break $90 per night April 13-May 20 (3 nt. min) plus cleaning. $15 Registration fee to get parking pass/arm bands (this is paid to the office) Spring break deposit is $500 and proof of age by driver’s license $150 security deposit regular season is req. within 5 days of booking the unit. About the owner: Gary, Hannah, and I have been coming to Top of the Gulf since 1995. We have owned different units through out the complex. We love the place. Our family loves it too. My mom, brother, and sister have all purchased here also.

We love the convenience of being on Thomas Drive. We are close to shops, restaurants, and most importantly the complex is on the beach.
