Situated at the top of one of Kiawah’s most beautiful lagoons, this lovely condo invites all who enter to leave the hustle and bustle of everyday life behind and enjoy the tranquility of this exquisite Island. The unit is on the second floor and features valuted ceilings and breath taking views of the water. It includes two bedrooms and two full baths and was lovingly renovated throughout in 2007. We added new beautiful new living room furniture in 2009. All appliances are new and state-of-the art. Every room has its own television and DVD player (including the kitchen!). Decorating was done with special focus on colors and furnishings which are both soothing and happy. The kitchen has new countertops and is furnished with every necessity for cooking and baking. Amenities include high speed Internet access, a screened porch for alfresco dining and a deck complete with an old fashioned swing overlooking the lagoon for relaxing with a good book. We have always aimed to make this a place we love to stay. Kiawah’s fabulous Night Heron Park is outside your door. Cross the scenic lagoon bridge and walk a short distance to Kiawah’s ten miles of pristine beach. The five-star Sanctuary Hotel is right around the corner as are the shops and food court of East Beach Village. This condo is ideally suited for couples who seek to enjoy the golf and tennis facilities of a truly world class resort. Presently there is no swimming pool available for guests. In addition to golf and tennis, bike and jogging paths, natural wonders, beautiful vistas and great restaurants are everywhere. Charleston is only a short half hour ride away. Kayak in the low country creeks, go crabbing or deep sea fishing from nearby Bohicket Marina and make plans for a vacation you will never forget. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY 4 PERSONS. ONE WEEK MINIMUM STAY. Our family decided to try Kiawah Island this year instead of our usual spot Emerald Isle. We loved the condo, the beach, the lagoons, the proximity to the Sanctuary Resort, and the Night Heron Nature Park. We biked the whole island. This condo is very close to the beach, and in a perfect location on the island! There is a beautiful view, and we saw alligators from the porch. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and great quality cookware. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Shauneen was so helpful and definitely made sure we had a great week! We felt very at home. We loved the provided linens, hair dryers, cleaning supplies and detergents etc. This condo has everything you need and we were very satisfied with the price! We would definitely return again!

This is the perfect golfer's retreat! Everything from the sunny rooms and expansive views of the golf course, to the wonderful restaurants and great biking routes. The kitchen had everything we needed for a great get-away with friends. Looking forward to my next visit!

What a delightful place! Extremely comfortable, roomy and inviting. Everything the previous guests have said is so true! The only thing I can add is we would definitely stay there again when we vacation in Kiawah.

We tend to be people who prefer to vacation in different places. That changed after spending time at this charming, comfortable, well maintained home. Its common spaces – sunroom, deck, and great room – have terrific appointments and are perfect gathering places. Preparing food for the crowd - as well as a quiet dinner - is no problem working in the generous kitchen using its very satisfactory appliances. When it’s time for privacy and quiet, the master suite provides a wonderful opportunity to retreat. The other bedrooms are located away from the master suite, and provide private spaces of their own with an adjacent full bath. The location is quiet - but with easy access to what the Island has to offer. Take in a round of golf, a leisurely bike ride, or time on the beach. We enjoyed it so much, we had to go back!!

This charming house is the perfect getaway. Wonderful views of the golf course and lots of privacy. Enter this home and be prepared to relax and enjoy this upscale homey atmosphere. One of best vacations we've ever had!!!

A beautiful, bright, and comfortable vacation home perfect for a getaway. It is very well kept and exceptionally clean. The front porch is the perfect place for reading or enjoying a glass of wine and the back deck is made for alfresco dining with great views of the golf course.
