Nicely furnished interior has been recently been redecorated. . Large outdoor patio with comfortable seating . Kitchen and bathroom also renovated by new owner. to a higher standard, than the normal hotel rooms at this waterfront resort. Easy access from parking lot, with one flight of stairs down. Panoramic views from patio. Relax outdoors, see the blue tropical colors of the ocean below.
Visit the local waterfront cafe, Fungi's, for an evening meal, or dine in style at the upscale agave Terrace Restaurant at the resort. Enjoy a swim in one of the three pools for guest here. Located just beside the Wyndham Sugar Bay resort, on the east end of the island of St Thomas. We are only a ten minute drive to the small community of Red Hook for dining options, Marina, ferry Terminal to St John.
Nightlife, and plenty of stores located at American Yacht Harbor. Island Time Pub fir best pizza, Daysail boats to charter, or Power boat rentals here as well. You will find plenty to do here.

I have only wonderful things to say about this condo! I have been visiting Point Pleasant for a couple years now, and I have been so fortunate to have always been able to stay in this unit. I felt like it was my home away from home when I first walked in the door. The unit has a huge patio that comes out (which is unique to the unit) making it a perfect place to eat and relax while looking at the beautiful scenery. The photos of the property are 100% accurately reflected here, but of course, everything is much more beautiful in person. Another thing that makes this unit great is that my favorite restaurant (Fungi's) AND my favorite beach (Coki) are both in walking distance from the condo. It was also really easy to get to Redhook and take the ferry to St. John which I would definitely recommend doing. This is a great unit, and it definitely has contributed to how perfect my trips to St. Thomas have been. I wouldn't recommend any other unit to anyone looking for the perfect place to relax, swim, eat, and have the best time in St. Thomas! I am planning on going back as soon as I can!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

This is our first time @ USVI. My family of 2 adults and 2 elementary school children stayed for a week. The entire resort is nicely laid out as it blended into the natural landscape. The condo itself is a cozy place to stay. We rented a car, drove around St Thomas and St John, and snorkeled at a different beach each day. Highly recommend Frenchmen's Reef, Bolongo Bay, Magen's Bay, and Trunk Bay@STJ. Each night, we went to Red Hook for dinner (great night life, btw), with a leisurely walk along the dock, and a quick drive back to our condo. Main Street in Charlotte Amalie is also a must do.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
Owner response: Great to hear back from this family. So glad they got over to St. John, and spent time at several different beaches, in St. Thomas. There is plenty to see and doo, so we always recommend guests get a rental car for the best vacation experience.

This condo has everything you need, we stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute. It has a very large patio, great for grilling with tons of seating. Beach chairs, beach towels, every you need to take to the beach was provided. Very quite, lush surroundings, great location near 2 wonderful beaches Coki and Smith Bay, great snorkeling. Red Hook Ferry to St. John is just a few minutes away. Can not wait to go back!Owner response: We are so pleased our first guests enjoyed their recent in our new rental . We tried to provide all the Beach gear, to make it easy on our guests. Glad they took advantage of a day trip to St. John as well. Owner offers returning guests a 10% discount on their next stay .Hurry Back !
