If the beach is your primary purpose, you won't find a wider more beautiful beach anywhere -- perfect for sunning, swimming, biking, and building sandcastles. There is also fishing, windsurfing and shelling. Perhaps the most attractive aspect to it all is that our beach ALWAYS has room for you to spread out and enjoy yourself without the next family spilling their beverages on your towel!
Located on the fifth level in a secured elevator building, this tastefully decorated suite is southern inspired by the colors of island living. The split floor plan offers two fully carpeted bedrooms and living areas that feature ceiling fans and access to 2 screened lanais, one facing the Back Bay and the other facing the Gulf. The master suite features a Bay view, a queen-size bed, television, walk-in California closet, dressing area, double sinks and private shower and commode. The guest room offers a queen size bed with a view of the Back Bay, television with built-in VCR, a walk-in California closet and full bath that can be privitized with a pocket door to make a separate "wing". Both lanais have tables and chairs for your dining convenience. The newly upgraded third bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, television and a desk with a double closet. There is a view of the Gulf from this room.
The spacious living room offers new furniture including a pull out sofa/bed, a sofa with double recliners and an entertainment center complete with television, VCR, DVD player and stereo with high quality speakers. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microwave and garbage disposal. A sliding glass door off the kitchen opens onto a fully screened lanai with a Gulf view to enjoy your morning coffee. An in-suite laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer. For your convenience there are luxury linens, extra pillows, CD's, videos, books, games, puzzles, beach accessories and literature/maps about the Florida coastal area.
Walk across the street to enjoy six miles of white, powdery, soft, sandy beaches and crystal blue waters with a natural sand bar, approximately two miles long, excellent for long walks and shelling. We are located near the library, churches, grocery stores, retail shopping and gambling cruises. Don't feel like driving? The island trolley is available at the Santini plaza next door to shuttle you from the tip of Fort Myers Beach past the pier south to Bonita Springs. Plenty of fine and casual dining is available. Lover's Key State Park is located south just minutes over the bridge. Enjoy fishing and dolphin watching or search the many secluded beaches by renting a kayak, boat or use the two bicycles provided for you. Pack a lunch and have a quite lazy afternoon in the sun or enjoy the wonder of sandcastle sculpting every November right on the beach! Beach chairs and coolers are included. There is a four-screen movie theater and church within a five-minute walk. Looking for bargains? Check out the area flea markets and Outlet Shopping malls nearby.
We are located close to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Naples, Marco Island and Bonita Beach. We are 25 minutes from Fort Myers International Airport.

My family has visited Fort Myers Beach yearly since 1978 when it was known as Estero Island. My dream was to own property here.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
FMB is a very family oriented, friendly island. It is located close to Sanibel/Captiva and 2 miles from Lovers Key (one of the top 10 beaches in Florida). You are also a boat ride away from the Keys or a few hours from Disney. I love the small town feel, yet I'm so close to shops, restaurants, and much more. If you love the beach, this is the place to be. I have tried to provide the condo with all the ammenities you need so you can pack light, yet have everything that you need when you get here.

A superclean, spacious Estero Island paradise was awaiting our arrival. Everything and more was as promised. The Maxwell Family goes the extra mile to make their home attractive and comfortable for their guests; even the neighbors around the pools welcome you. The only thing hard to do was leave, REALLY. We will definitely return again & again, and we highly recommend this wonderful vacation spot.

This condo was fantastic. It was clean, quiet, and in a great location (just across from the beach and the American Sandsculpting Contest - the only time traffic was heavy; near restaurants and shops); unit included a washer and dryer. The owner had bicycles we could use as well as chairs to take to the beach. She also had plenty of items (seasoning, etc.) in the pantry to use when you want to cook. The neighbors were nice and polite. We actually met a couple who always rent from this owner because of the well-maintained unit. Anytime we had questions, we contacted the owner, who was extremely helpful. We hope to be able to rent from her next year. Would recommend this property to anyone going to Ft. Myers Beach.

Thank you for sharing your condo with us -- we had a wonderfully, relaxing week. It is beautifully decorated and we especially enjoyed the amentities and "conforts of home" that you provide! The weather was perfect -- the location of your condo ideal -- we enjoyed the shops at Santini, the music at the Holiday Inn and the Tiki Bar at the Outrigger. We recommend Parrot Key Caribbean Grill (outstanding food, music and atmosphere), Anthony's for watching the sunset and Italian food, and Doc's Beachside Cafe for grouper fingers! Although we hate to leave, we take back wonderful memories of your island paradise! Should we return to Ft. Myers Beach, we would love to rent from you again! Appreciate your hospitality --

We had a wonderful time and truly enjoyed our family vacation. Thank you for the use of the condo -- what a great location! We had many good times at the beach -- went parasailing and spent a day at Lover's Key State Park. Went kayaking and saw some dolphin and two manatee! Brought the kids mini-golfing and our 3 year old can't wait to go "golf-balling" again! The weather was perfect -- a nice break from the winter weather up north -- we hope to come back again next year!!!!

Maxwells -- Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. It is very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Our two weeks have been relaxing and have gone by very fast. We spent lots of time at the beach and visited several other places. Our trips included North Port, Venice, Sanibel, Punta Gorda and hiking at Lover's Key State Park. We shopped at the Outlet Malls and the Giant Flea Market. We have loved every minute here. Thanks again --

Your place was a welcoming and comfortable place for us to stay. The location was wonderful and we appreciated how well care-for it was. The beach was beautiful. We went every day. Just returned from the land of sun and sand. We spent ten glorious days at the Maxwell's condo and had a great time. This condo is so attractive and clean. It has all the conveniences you would like to have at home! The Maxwell's are wonderful people to work with. Can't wait to go back.

My husband and I stayed in the condo from October 25th thru the 30th, 2004. We had a wonderful time. The condo is just beautiful and well kept. It's right in the middle of Ft. Meyers beach so you can go either up to Sanibel & Captiva Islands or down to the Everglades and Marco Island. You're close to shopping and all kinds of recreational activites. The beach is beautiful, and large. It only takes a few minutes to walk there. We had a really good time. I would suggest this rental for anyone who wants to see the sights, or just relax.
