  We have stayed at this rental twice. It is beautiful! The inside is all knotty pine with nice wood floors and carpeted bedrooms. Everything is immaculate. The owners have provided everything you could possibly need. All you need to bring is your personal toiletries, food and clothes. The owners live close, so if you have any questions, they are right there. All the kitchenware you need is clean and new. We have stayed on many place on Dale Hollow and the price on this rental is ridiculously reasonable. For fishermen, you are only about 2 minutes from 2 nice ramps.

  Cabin is new and extremely clean. Beautiful property and great location only 1 mile from lake. The owner was extremely nice and even had beer, water and diet coke in the fridge cold when we got there. We have stayed other places and nothing compares. Plenty of room for a boat with trailer. Everything you need for a great relaxing vacation. We will never stay anywhere else. Thanks Jim!!

  Stay at this cabin-you won't regret it. It is beautiful on the inside. Owner is very nice and cabin is literally right up the hill from Sunset Marina. Cabin is great for small families with teenagers, kids. Couples or girl's weekend would love it here. For the price the owner is asking this place is a palace. If you are a clean freak like me you will love it. Recommend eating at Bobcat Den just north from cabin. Good food, clean restaurant and decent prices. Breakfast is great.

  I have stayed in this cabin several times. Immaculate condition! It is very close and convenient, just up the hill from Sunset Marina with lots of room for parking your boat and trailer and turning around. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and accomodating and lives right beside the cabin if you need anything. I will definitely be staying in this cabin anytime I go to Dale Hollow Lake!

  Our family (2 adults, 4 kids) really enjoyed this cabin. We loved the location because it was close to the family that we were in town visiting. The owner takes very good care of the cabin and it shows. It was very refreshing to stay in such a tidy, yet welcoming location. We hope to always stay here on future visits.

Off Season - December through February rates are negotiable
Min 3 day rental in High Season - Payment - personal check or cash plus sales tax
High Season - Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends rates are $110/nt & $700/wk
Low Season - Mar through May & Sept through Nov rates are $80/nt & $500/wk
Four days or more Pet Fees are $50 for first pet and $25 for second (2 limit)
Three days or less pet fee is $25 for first pet and $25 for second (2 limit)
