1st floor duplex is located in the South end of Brigantine known as Seapoint and overlooks the Atlantic City casinos. It is 6 houses to the beach entrance and after a short walk through the dunes, you are rewarded with a beautiful, quiet, large beach.
Unit is 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths. Master bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath. 2nd bedroom has a full bed and its own TV. 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed (full with a twin). There is a large living area with a very comfortable sectional sofa, an eat in kitchen, and a small front porch. Brand new enclosed outside shower, central air, full size washer & dryer, full kitchen with refrigerator & new dishwasher. Plenty of parking!
Beautifully maintained and landscaped. Relax by day in this quiet area and for some fun & excitement, Atlantic City is a short 5 minute drive away. Great upscale shopping at the Pier at Caesars and great shopping deals at the Atlantic City Outlets. World class casinos, dining, and entertainment all just a few minutes away!

We had a wonderful time. Three generations and all were happy. The property was lovely and well maintained. The walk to the beach was okay- even with a 9 month pregnant daughter! The homeowners were pleasant and were accessible if anyone had questions. I hope to return next year.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a great time at this location! Brigantine does not have much to do, but Atlantic and Ocean city are just short drives away, so when we wanted to be out and about, there was plenty! Brigantine is really bike friendly, though, so we were glad to have brought our bikes. The house was super clean as were the linens. I brought ours because you are never sure, but this one was one where her towels were nicer than mine! The house is more spacious than the photos give credit for and the bathrooms were both plenty big and, again, super clean. If you have little ones, don't worry because the decor is sparse which was perfect for our "busy" 15 month old. The walk to the beach entrance is short, but through the dunes is a bit of a hike, so you might plan to bring a stroller, or you can even drive onto the beach, if that's your thing. Lots of people do. One word of advice, bring bug spray as the island had some really big biting flies. But you will love this place...we would definitely rent again! Oh, and the owners were super helpful and pleasant as well. They made sure we had everything and made us really feel at home without being over-bearing. Enjoy Sandy Lane in Brigantine!Recommended for: Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had such a great time during our stay at Brigantine. The location was perfect and so was our rental. It was well maintained and had everything a family of four could need inside. It was close to the beach, shark park and Atlantic City. We can't wait to come back next year!Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had the pleasure of staying here last summer and couldn't have been happier. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with, especially because we were dealing with Hurricane Irene! The living area was very spacious and it was on the first floor, which was helpful with 2 little kids. The neighborhood was so calm and safe, perfect for a family vacation. If we head back to Brigantine this year, we would love to stay there again!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

About the owner: Our family enjoys heading to the beach in the summer and skiing in the winter. We love travelling and visiting different cities. One of our favorite hotels to stay at is the Great Wolf Lodge. We are HUGE Phillies fans!!
Why the Owner Chose Brigantine:
We purchased this property in 2005 because we really wanted our kids to remember summers at the beach! We have thoroughly enjoyed owning and caring for this property ever since. Brigantine has a quiet small town feel with lots of activities for our kids to enjoy in the summer. For some fun excitement, Atlantic City is just a quick 5 minute drive away. We love trying out new restaurants in the Atlantic City casinos - and there are a lot to choose from!
The Unique Benefits at this House:
We love relaxing at our large quiet beach which overlooks the Atlantic City casinos. We have watched Atlantic City's newest casino, Revel, be built right before our eyes. When it is the 4th of July, we watch fireworks right from our deck. The Atlantic City Airshow in August, Thunder Over the Boardwalk, is always a 'must-do' every summer.
