This was our second year staying at this 2-bedroom, Lake Cliffe Condominium and we had a great stay again. The unit was immaculate and pretty much has everything you would need regarding paper products, cooking utensils, internet access, etc. The views of Lake Dillon from the balcony are great and the location is also hard-to-beat with being a very short walk to several restaurants and also the free summit stage bus

Our snow vacation in Summit county was great. Andrew's condo was fantastic. The condo had the feeling of a home, not a rental unit. Funishings and location couldn't be beat. Thanks! We'll be back.

Well Stocked A+ Quiet Comfort

We are two couples that rented this unit from Andrew and we found it was fantastic! We each loved our own super-quiet bedroom suite with private bathroom. We found the kitchen well stocked with spices other cooking staples, quality cookware & plentiful utensils! Also well stocked w/ paper products, towels, plus a humidifier. The first-floor was appreciated after skiing and the view is beautiful! The nice quality of the pool, hot tubs & changing rooms was better than expected. Overall, this whole place was better than our high expectations! No problems whatsoever, reasonable pricing; we'd be happy to stay again when in the area! Thank you Andy!

This is the second time we've stayed at this Lakecliffe Condo property...everything is clean and comfortable. Easy access to Keystone or Breckenridge for skiing. Plus we love the outlet mall just down Hwy 6. An affordable alternative to staying on the mountain with more spaceous accommodations. We'll be back. Thanks!

No-nonsense perfection

Everything you need, not much you don't (but often end up paying for at other condos) - very roomy, 10 steps between your car and the entrance, quiet, gorgeous lake/mountain view, warm, everything in perfect working condition, close to several store, and the road to ski resorts. Great kitchen to cook. Probably the most convenient ski stay out of last 20. Reasonable pricing. The club house is basic, a relatively small pool, and 2 jacuzzis - but even there, a nice surprise, ozone used instead of chlorine for disinfection. We loved it, and will be back

This is a lovely condo over looking the lake-a beautiful view. The condo is well appointed, comfortable and homey. We had everything we needed in kitchen to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. We highly recommend this property.

A friend and I stayed here just to have a weekend away from our busy lives and scrapbook. The rooms were spacious and we both felt like we had our own suite. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and sort our pictures too. The view of the lake is great also. I will come back with my family here too. The owners have done a great job decorating the place and making it the perfect getaway place. Also looked great for those who want to come and ski. Plenty of storage for gear. We will be back.

My Dillon Getaway

I have stayed the last 3 years with this owner and this condo and it is the best i have ever rented. The view and location is right in the middle of DIllon and accross the street from one of the best eating establishments in the area. The condo is well supplied with all the essentials. Just bring your clothes and have a great time. I plan on renting again and again because this is such a neat place.

Lake Cliffe Condo

Our family has been staying in condos in Colorado for over 20 years. It's not even close--yours is the nicest place we have stayed in. It doesn't feel like a rental place. The beds and furniture are all nice and very comfortable. The kitchen is set up well with everything that you need. Plus, it's great--especially if for a family--to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The summer weather was perfect. There are hundreds of things to do and things to see for people of all ages. But, sitting on your patio, looking across the lake over to Peak One may be one of my favorite places anywhere!

We had a great weeks stay at the Lake Cliff! The condo is nicely equiped and very comfortable. We particularly like the fact that the condo is just steps from the bike path and comes with bikes. The bike ride to Frisco was loaded with scenic views and only modest hills for my son. This location is excellent for summer hikes and the owner provides a notebook giving maps and details on a handfull of excellent outings. Other bonus items are (1)you are steps from the Amphitheater - we took in a great summer concert; (2) we used the pool almost every day; and, (3) its a short walk to one of the best kid's playgrounds in Summit County. Did I mention that the condo is nicely equiped and very comfortable? Yes we liked it!!

This is a beautiful unit with great lake views. The kitchen is the best equipped in any condo we have ever rented anywhere and the full sized grill on the patio with table and chairs was a nice bonus. For a longer stay the full sized washer and dryer in the unit is a plus. Very comfortable beds and very clean - highly recommend this unit!

Dear Mr. Carl, I just want to take the time to thank you for letting us rent your condo back in August. It was a beautiful condo. The rooms were wonderfully decorated, and so nicely furnished. The kitchen was fantastic! And had all the supplies and utensils that anyone could imagine. You were so thoughtful in making sure everything was there that we would need. The view is fantastic from the dining room and the patio. And the location is perfect. Only steps away from the pool, park, Arapahoe Cafe, amphitheatre and--of course the Farmer's Market! It made our vacation perfect. All our friends and relatives that came to Dillon for the wedding commented on how beautiful your condo was. Hi, Just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your condo in Dillon. You all have done a great job of remodeling it and equipping it for guests. We had everything we needed and it was very attractive. We especially liked what you did with the closets in the kitchen and eating area. It really opened up extra counter space. The walk-in shower with a seat in the second bedroom was also great. We have stayed in about 4 different condos in Lake Cliffe, and agreed that yours is the nicest with the remodeling. We hope to stay in your place again when we are visiting our family in Dillon.

Just a note to let you know how much Lori and I enjoyed your beautiful condo. The little details like big bars of soap, wireless Internet, and newspaper make a huge difference. The ironing board and iron were appreciated too. We loved the new kitchen. You guys did a great job of remodeling. The view was fantastic too. We never lit a fire, I would perhaps, suggest some instruction on how to do so, but it was not a big deal. What a great stay we had in Summit County. Two great days of skiing at Keystone and another at Vail. Hopefully, I can get back to your place this summer when I can bring my bike and kayak. Thanks again for allowing us to share your home.
