This wonderful, private house is located in Polpis half way between downtown and Siasconet.
You enter the house on the first floor and enter to a Mexican-tiled, large foyer with closet and powder room. The foyer leads you to the cozy dining room then to the bright, open, full kitchen with a beautiful view of the moors. An open-island concept separates the two rooms. To the left of the dining and kitchen area are two bedrooms. There is the very bright master bedroom with king size bed, fireplace, cherry floors, TV and french doors leading to deck and back yard. Adjoining the room is a full master bath and closet. The second bedroom has twin beds, Laurey Ashley decor, an adjoining private full bathroom and closet. Off the dining area to the right is the step-down living room with cherry floors, full-surround windows, beamed, vaulted ceiling, a beautiful fireplace, bookshelves, TV, sleep sofa, loveseat and chair and coffee table. Very cozy, comfortable and sunny.
Off the dining room and living room leads to the surround deck with moors/harbor view and beyond. Great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner, enjoy the sun or just relax with a good book.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a bunk room, very large bath with shower and skylight hallway with closet. There is a very large bedroom with 2 full beds, chaise lounge and bookcase with interesting reads. Off this room is the bunk room which sleeps three. The second bedroom is big with a full bed, closet and small, sit-on deck with gorgeous harbor view.
Throughout, the house is furnished with bright, cheery, island decor.
The front yard is nicely landscaped with a private driveway. The backyard extends from the deck and has an outdoor shower.
The house is a 7 minute drive to the grocery store. 10 minute drive to downtown, 15 minutes to the ocean swimming beaches in Wauwinet and Sconset and 20 minutes to the surfing beaches.
Depending when booking takes place in relation to rental date will determine payment schedule. Initial payment with returned signed lease is due within ten days of booking. Security deposit which is refundable at the end of the rental should there be no damages is due with final payment 30 days or sooner prior to rental arrival date. Security deposit is 10% of the total rental amount or $500 minimum*(*Or Flat fee as negotiated.)
