If you are seeking a fantastic getaway with family and friends where you can enjoy total solitude, rest and relaxation, you've found the right spot. We are located in a gated 24-hour security development surrounded by beautiful landscaping, and lush palm and pine trees. Fiddler's Cove is centrally located on the Hilton Head Island shoreline, and a very short walk to a beautiful natural beach, the widest on the island, with access to bathrooms and showers. Leave your work and worries at home and bring only your swimsuit and beach towel.
This beautiful "sound proof" unit, two-bedroom, two-bath condominium villa has recently been updated and decorated with all NEW furnishings including bedding. It includes a newly wallpapered and tiled, fully equipped kitchen.
The master bedroom features a deluxe queen-size bed and nautical theme; the guest bedroom, twin beds and tropical fish; and the living room, a queen sofa sleeper with palm tree and monkey motif. Sliding doors off the living room take you to a lovely private balcony where you can enjoy coffee in the morning sunshine and a glass of iced tea in the evening's cool ocean breezes.
In addition to sand, surf, sun and fun, this 23-acre private development offers four playgrounds for the children, two fantastic pools, a hot-tub, ten clay tennis courts. In the Clubhouse, there are two racquetball courts, ping pong and bean bag toss games. Additionally, the island boasts miles and miles of paved bike trails, golf courses galore and wonderful restaurants. When you arrive, you may also request a pass to "The Center for Health & Fitness." Their facility includes tons of universal equipment, free weights and a wide variety of cardio equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes.
Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is 10:00 am.
RENTAL FEE PAYMENT: 50% of The Rental Fee is due 60 days before your stay. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $150 Security Deposit is required. Deposit is refunded within 15 days of departure date minus any expenses for damages incurred.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUND POLICY: There is a $50 administrative fee for all cancellations. Refund, minus $50 will be made provided rental agreement is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the date of arrival; cancellations within 30 days result in forfeiture of the full deposit unless the property is rented at the full rental rate by a second party.
RATES: All rates include 11% accommodations tax, one-time cleaning fee, and linens.

We really enjoyed staying at this villa! It was nice and had many conveniences and everything was as promised. It is at a great location with the beach-walk gate and large pool being very close. Also, the owners provided timely and efficient communication. Would recommend this unit to others!

This unit was as described and well furnished. I believe this building might be the VERY most convenient for walking to the ocean since it is right next to a gate in direct line to the path! Close to larger pool and near two tennis courts. Thankfully removed from the bustle of the south end, but easy enough to get there when bustle is wanted. We will likely stay here again!

We stayed 4 night in our wonderful condo, everything was just perfect, beach and the whole town of Hilton Head was just gorgeous, The condo had everything we needed for our stay, all we needed was some grocery and we were ready to go. I would recomend this condo to anyone you will not be disappointed. Love this place!!!!

Allison was so helpful to accommodate me in booking the rental. Plus when I arrived the heater wasn't working and in hours the repair was done. I am impressed with her professionalism and sincerity. Being so close to the beach was another wonderful feature. Thanks for making my trip wonderful.

We won this wonderful condo at a silent auction. It was our first trip to Hilton Head. The location was perfect, the condo was great...it met all our needs for the week. We loved having access to the free tennis courts and jacuzzi. It was an ideal location also to the beautiful beach. We would definitely visit again and recommend this condo and location.

We stayed in this condo for seven days over our kids spring break. It was a great condo. Very clean, two pools and tennis courts nearby. The beach was beautiful and only two blocks away. Great family atomsphere. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach. The condo was simply perfect. It was like staying as guests in their home instead of just another "rental". The unit was extremely clean, neat, and quaintly decorated. We enjoyed the walk to the beach as well as the convenient bike trails. We would definately stay there again.
