Fiddlers' Cove has been the location of many of our spring break vacations and we always enjoy the grounds, pools, childrens' play areas, and the 5 minute walk to the beach. One set of tennis courts was right across the parking lot from our building, but we don't play tennis, so we didn't use them. This is a nice condo and we once again enjoyed our time at Fiddlers' Cove. The owners were fairly easy to work with via email and usually answered our questions within a couple days. In trying to select the condo for this year's spring break, I have to admit the price break we received on this unit was the deciding factor. Several other condos I looked at have been more extensively updated, but this one was certainly functional and comfortable.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

We stayed in this unit the last three seasons, Nov. to April and love the unit's location, close to everything. Matt and Allison were great responding to the few problems we had and were very accommodating to meet our needs as long term winter renters. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a unit in Fiddler's cove.

Recommended for:Age 55+, sightseeing.

We really enjoyed staying at this villa! It was nice and had many conveniences and everything was as promised. It is at a great location with the beach-walk gate and large pool being very close. Also, the owners provided timely and efficient communication. Would recommend this unit to others!

This unit was as described and well furnished. I believe this building might be the VERY most convenient for walking to the ocean since it is right next to a gate in direct line to the path! Close to larger pool and near two tennis courts. Thankfully removed from the bustle of the south end, but easy enough to get there when bustle is wanted. We will likely stay here again!

We stayed 4 night in our wonderful condo, everything was just perfect, beach and the whole town of Hilton Head was just gorgeous, The condo had everything we needed for our stay, all we needed was some grocery and we were ready to go. I would recomend this condo to anyone you will not be disappointed. Love this place!!!!

Allison was so helpful to accommodate me in booking the rental. Plus when I arrived the heater wasn't working and in hours the repair was done. I am impressed with her professionalism and sincerity. Being so close to the beach was another wonderful feature. Thanks for making my trip wonderful.

We won this wonderful condo at a silent auction. It was our first trip to Hilton Head. The location was perfect, the condo was great...it met all our needs for the week. We loved having access to the free tennis courts and jacuzzi. It was an ideal location also to the beautiful beach. We would definitely visit again and recommend this condo and location.

We stayed in this condo for seven days over our kids spring break. It was a great condo. Very clean, two pools and tennis courts nearby. The beach was beautiful and only two blocks away. Great family atomsphere. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the beach. The condo was simply perfect. It was like staying as guests in their home instead of just another "rental". The unit was extremely clean, neat, and quaintly decorated. We enjoyed the walk to the beach as well as the convenient bike trails. We would definately stay there again.

Hi Cousins, Just wanted to add my 2 cents. We really enjoyed ourselves. Your condo is really nice and a very pleasent place to stay. We really enjoyed being with your mommy also. It was really nice being the first people to use your new stove.hehe We had a great time going for walks on the beach, laying by the pool, sitting in the hot tub, playing phase ten and ofcourse the sightseeing. Oh can't forget the breakfast at Harolds and dinner at Fitzgeralds. Thank you very much. You two are really great people. This was my first time to HHI, I will be back next year. If you love nature and tons of things to do this is the place. The beach, food,places to go for sightseeing and people were great. This condo was so clean and nice my mom and I hated to leave. The pool and grounds at the condo were great also.I look forward to next year, I still have so many places I want to explore in the area. If you have the time, go to Savannah and Beaufort, if not make time. Thank you Tina and Keith I had a wonderful time with my mother due to your hard work and attention to detail.

My husband and I spent two months at the Patterson's lovely condo on Hilton Head during January and February of 2005. What a treat to be able to walk to the beach and see dolphins cavorting nearby. The condo itself is lovingly and tastfully decorated, with every amenity one could hope for. Terrific beds and a complete kitchen for every convenience. I cannot say enough nice things about The Patterson Family! After assisting them with their purchase here on Hilton Head Island I feel that I have made friends for life, and have met two of the nicest and genuine people around. I witnessed the transformation of their villa to what is today, and the amount of time and effort they took to create a vacation oasis for themselves and their guests. We booked our vacation back in February and couldn't wait for the day to arrive. The pictures on the website are nothing compared to the room itself. The place is absolutely beautiful. The beach was easily accessible, just a brief walk. I've known Keith and Tina for about 14 years and knew this would be a classy place. I wouldn't expect anything else from them! We weren't even on the beach a day and my children were begging to come back next year. This vacation is really what the Duvall family needed. We are now re-charged and anxiously awaiting the summer of 2005. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a stress-free relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back next year! As Ohioans seeking a place to get warm after a COLD winter, we were very interested in going to Hilton Head, SC as we had heard it was an awesome place to vacation. The first site I hit on VRBO was the Patterson's who were also from Ohio. I knew that if they liked Hilton Head enough to buy there, I would want to visit there. I contacted them after reading their bio and was impressed by their professionalism and friendliness. We were going to be the Patterson's first tenants under their new ownership. All I can say once we entered this newly refurbished and attractively decorated condo was WOW. We were 100% satisfied. This condo was over and above what our family had expected. We were so happy with everything including the price for the week, which we felt was very reasonable for this time of the year. I would highly recommend this condo and these landlords to anyone. This was a wonderful experience and I'm so blessed to have had the opportunity to become acquainted with the Patterson's who are WONDERFUL people.
