Part of a 10 unit condo association along Gilfords Dockham Shore. Directly on Lake Winnipesaukee, we have 300 feet of lake frontage with beaches, docks and sundecks. Also swim platform for swimmers.
This rental is just minutes away from Weirs Beach and Gunstock Mountain with many restaurants in the area to choose from. Tilton's Shopping Outlets are just 25 minutes away. Also just a short distance away is "Meadowbrook Pavillion".

My family stayed at this property last summer. It has an amazing view and location on the water. It is in a small community of similar properties and was very cozy and clean. Although simply furnished, we appreciated the fact that we had no upkeep or worries on our vacation. We enjoyed the outdoor patio for drinks in the evening and the screened in deck for getting away from the NH bugs if needed. It is just minutes from the Weirs for the kids and the restaurants in Meredith for the adults. It was a jewel in the rough and we would go back in a minute.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

This cottage is not waterfront, it is set behind another cottage. It is in serious need of repair, none of us would use the bathroom without throwing towels and rugs on the floor as it was so nasty!! All the tiles are lifting. Stains on the bedroom ceilings. In one of the bedrooms the tv and the AC did not work. The tvs in the rest of the rooms are very old and small! Place needs a good scrubbing and total face lift. The lake and location are perfect.Owner response: I was sad to hear well after my tenant left our cottage that they had some concerns about the condition. I never heard from Debbie while she was at the cottage. Since that time there has been two new air conditioners, new bathroom, new front door, some new furniture. All I ask is that people advise me of a problem that I may not be aware of and to not badger our friendly, cozy cottage on Lake Winnipesaukee. Our family is very much into seeing that our tenants are very happy while they enjoy the cottage & its views we are so lucky to be able to provide.
