Fantastic two stories canal-front home, located between Key Largo ( The Dive Capital of the World) and Islamorada ( The Sportfising Capital of the World). Bring your boat, rent, go on a charter boat or sunbath on the roof sun deck with a cocktail. Home is on the bayside to enjoy back country fishing, kayaking, watersport, swimming and 15 min from the ocean through Tavernier Creek for the best reef or blue water fishing/ diving in the world. After a long day of fun, sit under tiki waiting for the sunset.
Just 5 to 10 min away, are great restaurants, shops, strip mall with a supermarket, movies, Harry Harris park, boat ramps. From 15 to 20 min away world famous tiki bar and Theater of the Sea.
The house is made of CBS with impact windows. A two story house with a large roof sun deck. Kitchen, living room, dinning room, family room and one bathroom with a porch on the first floor. About the owner: We are a retired couple that for many years were seeking for a place to disconnect from the city life. In this place, we have found our own little haven where we can relax and not worry about anything. We have 5 grandchildren that come and enjoy as well. This place is for all ages.
