We really enjoyed all the great living and private areas in the home. The yard, private access to the beach add to the charm of this getaway. Home was very clean and well equipped. The owner made every effort to make sure all our needs were taken care of. Easy access to the areas great shopping, dining (Truffles restaurant is a must) and entertainment. A real surprise was the benefit of the neighboring Marriott! Our Grandchildren really enjoyed there pools--and all their staff was courteous and helpful, too! We would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers.

It rained the first night we arrived and the mainroom and laundry room on the ground floor flooded - within 30 minutes we were standing in a couple inches of water. Workmen arrived a few hours later and told us they had been to this property several times before. The WET/DRY VAC in the laundry room should have been a BIG CLUE! The owner expected us to run five industrial fans 24/7 during our stay to avoid mold issues. When we called the following day to discuss the water and several other issues, (ice machine, water cooler, wine chiller not working) no compensation was offered except an apology. The owner never followed up on any of the problems during our stay. In addition, the house is very chopped up, smells musty, and was NOT clean. The pool is small and dirty. We Would NOT recommend nor ever stay there AGAIN.
