Everything you need right on your door step
The unit was very clean and had evertyhing we needed. As a family with two boys it was great to have everything close by. Major attractions within walking distance and Tube stations not to far either. Great little pub across the road.

Perfect position and well set up
Loved staying at the grosvenor apartments. They were well set up, dishwasher, washing machine, heating throughout. A little noisy on Friday night as there is a pub across the way but during the week it was fine. Perfect location walking distance to everywhere we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and good choice
Stayed 6 nights with husband and 15 year old son. The place was perfect location, walking distance to Big Ben, Westminster abbey, even Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly, Covent Gardens were not too far. A good choice as we had lots more room than staying in hotel rooms and saved lots of money making breakfast and cooking meals.

Absolutely Perfect AccommodationGuest comment entered by owner
Absolutely Perfect Accommodation
an absolutely perfect accommodation for a holiday in London. very bright and clean, modern and just the queen herself eingerichtet.und central lives (by the way is just around the corner). many attractions and the metro are located in close proximity, which is perfect for a short tripp. the front door code we found very convenient as we did not have to like with four people usually share only two keys. all in all it has been lacking in this house for nothing.

We enjoyed this two bedroom one bathroom apartment
The positives - Boutique London Lets were easy to deal with & their instructions were straight forward. It's a 2 minute walk to St. James's Tube Station. Apartment was clean and located in a good area with many restaurants close by and a street market right out the front door during weekdays. The challenges - Street Market starts setting up during weekdays at 6am so lots of street noise early in the morning. Apartment located right off Victoria Drive a major thoroughfare so you do get traffic noise. Couch cushions in living room are worn and need replacing. Ipod dock didn't work. No mirror & plug for wife's hairdryer. No cutting board in kitchen and our biggest challenge was the 10am checkout.

Loved the apartment and the locationGuest comment entered by owner
Loved the apartment and the location
The apartment was exactly as we expected. Great layout for our family of four. We did not expect the roll-away bed, so that was a plus for even extra spreading out (btw, there is a play pen too for a little one). The pictures paint the right picture of the apartment (versus relying on a perfect-only-from-this-angle kind of thing). Loved having the washer/dryer in the apartment (but I could have used instructions on making the dryer part of the combo work better, as this is not a common combo machine I am used to). The location was wonderful...St. James tube stop about a city block away, and lots of quick, easy places to grab something on the run as we came & left the apartment. We stayed a week. Plenty of drawer and closet space to meet our needs. Did not use the kitchen much (it did seem to be fully equipped), but the fridge was handy. It is a 3rd floor walk-up; no problem for us, but FYI. It was well-kept, clean and nothing was dog-eared older. Really glad we chose this apartment!

A great locationGuest comment entered by owner
A great location
Me and my family enjoyed a lot our stay in the Grosvenor apartment: - it is perfectly situated - 10mn from Westminster and only a 3mn walk is needed to go to St James metro station - it is a very comfortable place, the apartment is great Nevertheless, I have two negative points to address: - the ckeck-in: on the website + letter sent by email, it was told that somebody would welcome us on our arrival. After following the instructions and two calls to the arrival center, I was finally told that nobody could come so we would have to enter thanks to codes that were given on the phone. Please: if you tell that somebody welcomes us for our arrivals, make sure that it does happen so. For the price we pay, we do expect the best. - there were not enough dishes (3 cups for 4 people, very few forks...). Please make sure that the apartment is fully serviced. But apart from these two comments, it was a great experience staying there! Thank you!

Excellent LocationGuest comment entered by owner
We loved the location of the apartment, it was so close to St James Park, Buckingham Palace, the city and a tube stop was just a cross the road making the rest of the city very accessible. The apartment was well appointed for a family of 4 with teenage children with washing facilities, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, lounge and bathroom. It was well presented and clean.

Brilliant Westminster locationGuest comment entered by owner
Brilliant Westminster location
We spent 5 days in the 2 bedroom Grosvenor apartments in Strutton Ground Westminster. It was a fabulous base for the London sites, only 1min walk to the bus or 2min to St James's tube and less than 10mins to walk to Westminster abbey. Sometimes what you save in staying further out costs you so much more in time and fares, we were very happy with this location. Apartment sleeps 5, with a queen bed in each room + rollaway single in the 2nd bedroom. Strutton Ground is a nice street, with well stocked convenience store for supplies only a few doors away. The washer/dryer was invaluable on a family holiday, although doesn't completely dry clothes but there is also a clothes airer provided which is handy. Main downside was that noise from the street below is incredibly clear to hear through the night. Our first night was a Sat night,we were on the 3rd floor but there's a pub opposite and I could perfectly hear conversations being had in the street below - and my goodness, high heeled shoes walking along those cobblestones sound like gunshots at 2am! At least it didn't happen every night, and it didn't disturb any of the kids, just hubby & I. I would still stay there again for the location and facilities, but double glazing would be a huge improvement - or failing that, earplugs.
