  Just got back from a wonderful time at the beach! We picked this cottage from the first picture listed, the back porch view of the ocean, and it was even more breathtaking in person! Though the weather wasn't always perfect, everything else was from the view to all the amenities. Our idea for this vacation was to relax and just enjoy, no worries. We definitely accomplished that and more! The owner was great to work with, very friendly and made sure to answer any questions before we arrived so our vacation started smoothly! Thank you for sharing your cottage with us, it was a truly a memorable experience!

  We just returned home from a great long weekend at this beach home. We loved it. Cannot wait to come back during the summer of 2013. Max the owner is great to deal with. An ocean front home with wonderful views of the sun rise and the sun set over the ocean.

  This is such a wonderful place to stay on the beach, the kids loved it..and we really loved rocking on the porch and listening to the ocean, it's even better in person!! very nice rooms to sleep in and we just loved everything about it, we plan on coming back to stay again!!

  Great, charming cottage for our small family. Exactly as described, close to everything you might need while on a beach holiday, but quiet and off the tourist path enough to enjoy yourself and relax. Loved the ocean front porch for waking up to drink coffee and watch the waves and listen to the ocean sounds. Fantastic beach for families. This was our first trip to Holden Beach and we loved it! Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Thanks much, Max!

  My wife and I stayed in August and loved the house and the location. The owner is a pleasure to deal with and very fair in his dealings. We have come to Holden for 13 years and have never stayed at a better maintained home. This place is a gem for a couple or small family.

  My wife and I along with our two small boys (ages one and three) stayed for three nights this fall. The home was in excellent condition and very clean having been nicely up-dated and decorated. I really liked the back deck as the boys had a great time playing on it with their balls and trucks. We enjoyed the view of the ocean as the beach is about 30 feet from the end of the deck. This stay was the most relaxing vacation that we have had in a long time. The owner was great to work with, prompt to get back with me and very accommodating. I would strongly recommend this home to someone looking for a smaller home to rent right on the beach. Thanks for the great stay, we hope to be back!

  This is an older beachfront that has been updated and decorated very neatly and is a perfect vacation for 1 or 2 couples. I fell in love with it when I walked in and our week couldn't have nicer with easy deck access to the beach, a wonderful back porch and sun area, parking underneath for 2 cars, enclosed shower and change room with hot and cold water. It is a great location on Holden and has all the little extras you will need including WiFi and big screen HD TV. If your looking for a quaint romantic getaway or just a nice vacation spot, you will be "Back Again"
