Incredible location, great layout, perfect for a family who spends time in town. Quiet and peaceful yet right in the heart of the action in both Telluride and proximity to Gondola in Mountain Village.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The Condo was more than expected. It’s always hard to tell what you are getting with a condo online. This one exceeded expectations. The condo has lots of room to spread out, with lots of comforts. The condo is well stocked with the things you will need. Better stop in before heading to the grocery. A few things you might need, could already be there. Whether it’s couples, a guys’ weekend, or a couple of families with kids, this is a great place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

Our overall experience of the property was excellent. Our family of 5 was suited perfectly for this condo. It's situated a few steps away from the base of the gondola in town, just a few minutes walk to everything telluride has to offer. The amenities were excellent... beautiful hot tub overlooking the river, kitchen stocked with all the necessities plus more, great living space, bedrooms and bathrooms. It couldn't have been more perfect! We'd recommend this place to families for sure!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

“We had a wonderful stay at Riverwatch – our 4th or 5th return visit. There is no more convenient location or beautiful setting in the Town of Telluride, less than a block from the gondola and situated creek side under the trees. The condo is very nicely furnished, with a kitchen that is incredibly well stocked with all the cooking and eating implements one could ever need. But with all the great places to eat in Telluride, we pretty much used the kitchen for breakfast and one spaghetti dinner.“Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home March 2009. It is three levels with the master bedroom/bath and private river side hot tub downstairs, the very comfortable and cozy den with stone fireplace, kitchen,entryway and 1/2 bath on the main level. The reading loft with two comfy chairs upstairs across from the queen bedroom/bath, and up just four more stairs a room with two twins and a fun view of the moving gondola that our teen son loved! We could not wait to return "home" to Riverwatch each day. The owners have thought of everything and have created a wonderful mountain retreat. The very nice rental/booking representative was a pleasure. We hope to return soon!
