This newly renovated two bedroom, two bath villa is adjacent to the pool (photo of pool was taken from the bedroom window). This 23-acre resort has two swimming pools (one Olympic-size), hot tub, ten clay tennis courts, racquetball, children's play areas, barbecues, and much more.
Best of all, the villa is just a five minute walk from the beach. However, if you would rather drive, beach parking is available. Convenient to stores, restaurants, and a family fun center that includes miniature golf, a driving range, and game arcade.
Master bedroom features a queen bed, private bath, and a new cable TV. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, a television with VCR, and a hall bath. Living room with queen sleeper, bar area, and TV/DVD. The unit is stocked with videos, family games, beach chairs and toys, boogie boards, etc. This is a Non-Smoking villa (smoking permitted on balcony only) and pets are NOT allowed within the community.
