We are so close to the water you can easily toss a seashell from our lanai and hit the oceanwaves! Our three bedroom oceanfront home boasts an incredible unobstructed view of the ocean with a canvas that includes breathtaking views of our neighbor islands Lanai and Molokai.
Our property is nestled in a unique formation of only 4 separate low-rise buildings each with just 4 units. We are distanced from all the high rise hotels and condominiums that draw thousands of visitors yet we're situated close to all the best island attractions, shopping, restaurants, and BEACHES! You have your pick of the best beaches on Maui. Kahana Beach is just one block from our front door which offers great swimming for the entire family. Napili Bay Beach just north a few minutes from us has some of the best snorkeling conditions on the west side and then of course just beyond Napili is the famous Kapalua Bay Beach which has been rated the #1 Beach in American twice! Flemings Beach is another great pick and Honolua Bay our natural marinelife sanctuary are both just a few short minutes away.
Our lanai provides ample space for outdoor dining, which is particularly pleasant in the evening under the magnificent galaxy of stars! It's not uncommon to wake up to morning rainbows over the water and witness our visiting humpback whales breaching through the water (in season), or spot our resident sea turtles lazily floating out in front of our grassy knoll. Evening barbeques are made easy along our pool patio...a great way to meet your neighbors and swap maui adventure stories.
We take great pride in our island home and love to visit as often as possible to make sure that our home is well equipped and maintained. We just recently made a few home improvements, which include a new dining room set and additional bedding to accommodate up to 8 people. Each room has their own individual ac unit so temperature control can suit each individuals comfort level. DVD and CD player are there for your added convenience along with internet access. You'll find some beach toys stored in the closet for your family's added pleasure.
The master bedroom features a king bed, one guest bedroom also has a king bed and our third bedroom features a queen and a full double bed. The sleeping accommodations are clearly most suitable for 4 or perhaps 5 adults and small children.
Our management company offers many island services which include a unique "Grocery Service" especially nice when you're arriving in the late evening and just need a few staples for the following morning. Island activities, car rentals and travelers insurance are just a few of the additional services they provide for you.
