The adjacent dining room has seating for 6, enjoy the protected outdoor patio off the kitchen with a three tiered cascading stone waterfall, a large stainless steel gas BBQ, a teak dining table for 6 and separate conversation area with seating for 4.
Centrally located and a 5 minutes drive to either the upper or lower Villages of Montecito both with unique restaurants and chic shopping, Butterfly beach and the Four Season Hotel and Spa, and the Coral Casino. The SB Zoo, downtown Santa Barbara and harbor are all within a 10 minute or less drive.

But we were by your spectacular property that had all the comfort of home and then some. Your view is so special with the MCC fairway and of course the beautiful ocean and islands views that actually glistened! We used this home as a base while touring colleges in Southern California over my son's spring break. The house is wonderful, from the furnishings, the pool and deck area, beautifully decorated and comfortable bedrooms, movies, games, incredible kitchen area. It was a joy to stay there and recharge our batteries between college visits. The home is well-cared for, extremely clean and orderly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the house and the location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

This home definitely exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated and had so much charm. It was impeccably clean and the owners could not be nicer or more accommodating. We took our three children and went hiking, sailing, and biking, and visited the Santa Barbara zoo and the wine country but also spent many days relaxing poolside at this beautiful home. The restaurants around town were fantastic (our favorite was Tre Lune) and the wine cake at Pierre LaFond is a winner. I would highly recommend this vacation!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

We arrived at this property mid October, last year, to a wonderful surprise. We had viewed the home on line and were very excited for our long weekend stay. But when we arrived and walked through the grand front door, our excitement turned to complete awe! The photos couldn't capture the spectacular view and the warmth and comfort of the home. We are leaving for our third stay later this month and will continue to visit as often as possible, three times a year is what we're averaging now! We have been fortunate to travel extensively. One of my favorite places is the Amalfi Coast, Italy. I enjoy this home in this city just as much if not more (much closer). I would not only recommend this property, I would say you must go!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

A perfect getaway...the house was inviting, beautifully decorated with up to date finishes. The gardens were well maintained with a lovely patio just outside the kitchen where we enjoyed many dinners.
