  The listing description was accurate regarding the location, well presented but, pictures are never perfect. ElZalate is a beautiful 4 bldgs. complex and situated right on the beach, the view was pheonomenal being on the 4th floor. The unit itself, the kitchen was well provided, however, this particular unit, was very noisy with different weekly renters above us, "from moving furnitures, walking with heavy shoes, moving chairs etc.." at any time during the day and nigfht, it was nerve racking. The property was clean but I wouldn't say well maintained, All the screen windows and doors are broken, insects were coming in and the owner's personal effects in "closets and under cabinets in bathrooms were there, not too much room for us to hang our clothes when you are there for 3 months, so it was tight. The pillows were terrible in both bedrooms, I wouldn't give those to the Salvation Army, they were realy bad, the linen need to be updated also very poor. This whole unit need to be refresh totally "Paint Job". The 5 ceiling fans were so dirty that I decided to climb on the bar stool and clean them, lot of dust. We wouldn't recommend this unit to any body because of mainly the "NOISE ABOVE" . San Jose del Cabo is a net little place to visit if you are into buying Silver, no shopping for clothes, many extremly good restaurants to choose from, taxi service is very good and not to expensive. This is not a swimming beach, it is too rough and difficult to walk also. The grounds around the complex is lovely, very well maintained and very clean. The security guard "Loupe" was very helpful, nice and very pleasant. All and all, we have enjoyed our stay, we rented a car for 21/2 months and driven to many places, all the eating places were excellent, clean and public washrooms very modern and clean. We did ocean activities a few times, also we went on a dinner cruise on the Caborey, a Catamaran boat, one night which was excellent, including the show, well worth $92.00 per person. The owners were helpful in answering our questions, polite and nice. I don't think we will go back.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  I just finished a short 5 day vacation at El Zalate and we had a fantastic time. The condo was the perfect size with an unbelievable patio. It was low season which meant we had the pool to ourselves! The condo is well equipped and even had beach chairs and an unbrella for our day trips to Medano or Chileano Bay. Not a single compaint, I will stay here again but would consider a much longer stay next time. Thanks for letting us use your condo!

  Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

  My wife and I had such a great time at Dianne's condo, it was better than expected. The sound of the waves, the beautiful ocean view from the lanai, the warmth of the sun at the pool and the well kept grounds at the El Zalate made it a holiday in heaven. San Jose del Cabo is a beautiful place worth returning to and we can't wait to go back!!

  This is a great condo , fantastic location has everything you will need for a great vacation. Condo is very clean and well appointed . I would give this Condo a 10 out of 10. Owner is great she is very helpfull when booking and visited us during our trip...... POOLS AREA WAS GREAT .... One of the best Beachfront Condo Locations in San Jose De Cabo..

  Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
