We are a 50-unit Oceanfront condominium with our own private beach, beautiful heated pool, tiki hut on the beach, and Oceanfront deck that can be reserved for private parties. We also offer free wireless internet service throughout our complex.
All units have two bedrooms, two and one-half baths, washer/dryers, and private balconies with spiral staircases leading into the courtyard. We also have one Oceanfront 3 bedroom unit available. Please call for rates on the 3 BR.
We are within walking distance to restaurants, a golf course, bike rentals, tennis courts, and many charter boats. We are five miles from Marathon Airport and rental car agencies. We are 50 miles north of Key West and 110 miles south of Miami.
There is great fishing, snorkeling, and diving available oceanside or bayside.

- We are 5 miles from the Dolphin Research Center on Grassy Key where you can see dolphin shows and reserve to swim with the dolphins. Also have the Hidden Harbor Turtle Hospital that has a great educational tour on sea turtles.

We loved it and would definitely go back! We have stayed in quite a few condos and duplexes in Key Colony over the past 15 years and offer the following pros and cons of this facility: Very comfortable and clean condo. Larger than others we normally stay in. A little dated. Absolutely beautifully kept grounds! Everyone was very friendly. Very nice beach. One thing we really liked better than other condos we have stayed at relative to the beach was the availability of chairs on the beach and there was shade/palm trees on the beach. Views to left and right are obstructed. There is a bathroom and common grilling facility right down on the beach which was very nice. Two out of every three condos have a floor level of steps to reach the first floor and another set to reach bedrooms. Also, to easily get to the pool/beach requires using spiral steps off the back deck. This may not be most desirable for anyone that has difficulty traversing steps.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
