Beautifully maintained 2 bedroom oceanfront condo with pool and WIFI. The unit is a second floor unit with exceptional views of the beach.
The condo has a queen bed, a full bed, and a full air mattress. The condo comfortably sleeps 6 people. It has one full bath and a half bath in the master bedroom. Linens are included.
Beautiful views of the beach from the living room, master bedroom and balcony. There is access to the balcony from the living room and the master bedroom. The balcony has bar height chairs and table.
There is a flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo, as well as an assortment of DVDs, books, and games to pass the time if you are unlucky enough to have a rainy day.
There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, etc. There are also beach chairs, floats, and other beach/pool toys for your use.
The condo has an outside shower to clean off from the beach. There are washers/dryers in the building. There are no elevators.

We had a wonderful vacation here! The location was great and the pool was a great bonus. The condo was clean and had plenty of games and ammenities. We had a great stay and everything we needed was here!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

This was one of our best vacations. The description is accurate. It is located in a convenient location. It was great to have both the beach and pool steps away. The condo really did have everything, including board games and beach toys for the kids. Our family enjoyed the boardwalk the most since we could easily walk there. Wish we didn't have to leave.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

We really enjoyed our vacation. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We loved the view from the balcony. We could sit there all day. The condo had everything we needed so we didn't need to pack much. We will definitely come back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, families with young children.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Being right on the beach was a huge plus and the pool was nice. Some of the not so nice features were that the beds were extremely creaky, uncomfortable and noisy. The hardwoods when you walk through the kitchen and living room were slippery. We only had one key in our lock box which made it challenging at times. One of the chairs on the deck were broken. And the living room furniture was not comfortable. I understand it is a beach condo but expected it to be a little better maintained.Owner response: We are so sorry the condo did not meet your highest expectations. We purchased this condo as a vacation home and rent it for 10 to 12 weeks during the summer. We purchased the beds and living room furniture in 2009 and have never had any complaints. We do appreciate your feedback. Since we started renting three years ago, we have added amenities in response to our renters feedback. We prepare the condo for the summer rentals before Memorial Day and then perform any major maintenance or upgrades again after Labor Day. The condo is professionally cleaned each week. Unfortunately, some renters do not take care of our home as we do and items go missing or are broken between rentals. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. We have worked hard to provide a nice place to stay.

About the owner: My name is Greg Folta. I am a healthcare executive and active in my community. I enjoy spending time with my wife, family, and friends. We love to travel, especially to the beach.
Why the Owner Chose Carolina Beach:
I am from CT, but have lived in NC and enjoyed the beautiful beaches and Carolina Blue skies. I wanted to find a place where I would enjoy spending my vacations.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
The condo is directly on the beach and has magnificent views from the balcony. You can enjoy watching dolphins in the morning while you have your coffee, enjoy the sunset with a margarita, or relax and listen to the waves in the evening.
The condo is located directly between the boardwalk and fishing pier. You can easily walk to either, sit on the beach, or float in the pool. Beach chairs and toys/floats are provided. The condo was purchased in May 2009 and was completely renovated and outfitted with new furnishings.
Carolina Beach has lots to offer including: shopping, boating, golf, biking, hiking, nature trails, and an aquarium to name a few. There are many restaurants close by. Nearby historic Wilmington offers the Battleship North Carolina, the Ghost Walk, the Henrietta III Riverboat, the NC Railroad Museum, the Airlie Gardens and Butterfly House, and a Trolley Tour.
