Our home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a bluff overlooking Lake Tahoe. We have spectacular views of Meeks Bay to the north, Rubicon Bay to the south and the entire lake from our 700 square foot deck. The house is surrounded by forest service land so you experience the quiet of the mountains and complete privacy.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and a loft, each with queen beds and one shared bathroom. The large master bedroom has a view of Meeks bay off one side and Rubicon Bay off the other. Downstairs you'll find three bedrooms, one with a king and its own bathroom, one with a queen and its own bathroom and one with twin beds with access to the hall bathroom. All have lake views. The house sleeps 12 comfortably.
A wall of windows in the living room provides a fantastic view of the lake. The living room has an open beam ceiling with a round fireplace in the center of the room that allows everyone to enjoy the fire. A television in the living room and upstairs bedroom offers satellite programing along with DVD players. The loft, with a view of Rubicon Bay, can be used as an office or as a space for playing games with the family. The loft also includes a queen-sized futon which doubles as a couch. The house is newly carpeted throughout, has a fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, and provides a BBQ for meals on the deck.
There is a washer/drier inside the house. All linens and towels are included.

This home is everything that is advertised. It is beautifully located with a panoramic view of Lake Tahoe. We loved the view from all parts of the house, so you are happy when you wake up with the sun shining through the trees. The deck is gorgeous, it is large and great to spend time on for family gatherings to eat breakfast, lunch and dinner, or relax with a book or a magazine. Like a lot of families we don't get all of us together in one place very often so it was important that every one enjoyed the 6 days we had, and everybody did. We felt at home and the weather was wonderful.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with young children.

Our family comes to Tahoe every summer, and this was our first trip to this home. We have had THE most amazing time, and will seek this same house every year. The deck view is amazing, and the privacy is awesome. The neighborhood is perfect for walking in the evenings, and conveniently located to everything the West Shore has to offer. This home is the perfect blend of Tahoe charm, space, and amenities. We are looking forward to spending two weeks here next year!Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

My family and I always enjoy our stay at this beautiful and comfortable home with breath-taking views of Lake Tahoe. The home is spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The owners are helpful and have thought of every detail to make our stay most enjoyable. We especially appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances and a new full-size washer and dryer. This home is conveniently located near Homewood Ski Resort and Granlibakken for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding. This home accomodates our large group and provides for a very relaxing vacation in a very private setting. I have recommended this property to my friends and family. We can hardly wait for a return visit!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.
