West Maui Oceanfront Beach house. Exclusive low density family resort. Only 16 residences in 4 beach houses, the Kahana Outrigger is located between Kahana and Napili in West Maui. This quiet area is just minutes to Kapalua and Kaanapali.
Fronts on 200 ft. of sandy beach in a rare reef protected cove that overlooks the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Enjoy excellent swimming and snorkeling. Beach is just steps past the pool and over the lawn, no roads to cross, no crowds!
Our deluxe condo is airy and spacious, over 1,600 sq. ft. including two lanais, all on one level. Architectural post and beam design with tile floors throughout. Open plan kitchen, living and dining areas.
We have three separate bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The Master Suite has a King bed, double closets, double basins and a large soaker tub. The King Suite has a king bed, double closets, large bath with twin basins and large shower. The Jr. Suite has a Queen bed with 3 piece bathroom. These are separate bedrooms, not open loft sleeping areas!
Extensive upgrades since March, 2011. New luxury mattresses and foundations by Island Dreams, new wood headboards and end of bed benches, new dressers and night tables, new 600+ threadcount linens and plush towels, new desks, chairs, bar stools, leather love seat and deluxe 'Stylus' queen sofa bed in LR, 3 new HD televisions, blueray, dvds, high def cable pkg., free internet and long distance to North America. All new large and small appliances, silent Bosch DW, oversize washer/dryer, bedroom air conditioners.
Kitchen newly equipped, everything you would expect to prep and serve a gourmet meal (spice carousel provided), enjoy USA made Fiesta ware dinner service for 12, table linens, candles, etc.
Infant supplies are all new and include: toddler bed (for under 50 lbs), play pen (crib), sheets and wet proof pads, strollers, high chair, baby gate, non toxic foam play mat, beach sun umbrella, infant life jackets, toddler play table and two chairs, booster seats, potty, exersaucer, bumbo, and step stools.
Extras include: HD cable pkg., free secure internet and free long distance to North America. Also: beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and board games. Enjoy!
Cleaning: In stay light cleaning with linen change and end of stay cleaning. All laundry is done in house, no perfumes, no dyes, no chlorine. This is our second home, we make an extra effort to keep it nice.
No smoking whatsoever!
Occupancy: Rates are for up to 6 people. Added charge for 7th and 8th people. Maximum occupancy limited to 8 persons.

My wife, two daughters, and one husband stayed at your condo. It is the perfect setting. Beautiful ocean view. Great picture taking from the porch at sunset. Very close to the pool and barbacue. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. This condo gets you away from the crammed motels and hotels and lets you live like you are in your home. This is our second stay here and would return again.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.

I can't imagine a better property for our group. We consisted of 6 adults and 2 kids (6yo, 3yo). The condo was fully prepared for kids with plenty of sand toys, boogie boards, life jackets and water shoes. There is a toddler bed and kids' table with chairs. There were even outlet covers throughout the house. We were amazed and incredibly pleased! To answer some of the recommended review tips... The property was certainly clean and well maintained. We found the listing to be accurate if not humble in its description. The listing photos don't do the property justice. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. The location was ideal because its ~10 minutes or less from nearly everything you could want to do on West Maui. Its location is very cozy, despite being near some high rise buildings. You would never know it. The grounds were well maintained on a daily basis. We even had a few fresh mangoes from the trees out front. Parking is limited as only one spot is reserved for the condo and the three guest spots fill up quickly. There was always free street parking available within 50 yards, though. There is a bus stop nearby, so every now and again you can hear the bus from the end bedroom, but it was not a problem. I should note that we figured out the WiFi password and wrote it out clearly on the instruction sheet for future renters. There is a very nice clothes washer and dryer in the 3rd bathroom. I would recommend posting an easy guide for doing routine tasks (i.e. How to wash towels, how to wash delicates, etc.). Thank you so much for allowing us to use your condo. We had THE BEST time!Recommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, families with young children, families with teenagers.

What a wonderful place. The condo is exactly as advertised,clean and VERY well equipped. It takes all of 30 seconds to walk from the lanai to the (essentially private) beach. We enjoyed sitting on our lanai, cold drink in hand, watching the whales entertain us for hours. It is a short drive ( 5- 10 min) to numerous good snorkling and swimming beaches. We would definitely book this condo as well as recommend it . Our only criticism is that there was no available password for the WiFi network( we only had ipods and ipads with us- no laptop). It was disappointing not to be able to email family and book tours etc online. Hopefully the password issue will be resolved soon. Overall though, a great place to stay in West MauiRecommended for: Girls getaway, age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, families with teenagers.
