  Top apartment in a great location. The front door was opened and there was this beautifully decorated roomy apartment with all the ammenities. Space and quality. The position is perfect with the windows opening to the village life below. Having been on the road a few weeks we were keen to eat in and the spacious modern kitchen was just perfect and as others have mentioned the patio out back was just a great place to relax and enjoy a couple of wines with dinner. We really enjoyed L'Isle sur la Sorgue and the surrounding countryside and could not have picked a better place to do this from. Well done Harry and Judy we would certainly reccomend your apartment to everyone.

We like sitting back in the comfy leather club chairs with a glass of rose and watch the world go by – it’s better than TV! There are great restaurants in L’Isle that we just love but we also like to eat in. The food products are so incredible there -- they inspire Harry to cook up some terrific meals. We also like to eat on the terrace and love the marble bar we had installed on the terrace this past spring. There are so many great places to visit within 30 minutes whatever your interests: great wine, historical sites, or just lovely countryside. We are so happy that others enjoy the apartment as much as we do.

  From the moment we opened the door we thought we were at home. Judy & Harry have created a home away from home for the traveler who is looking for a "home" base from which to explore. We were able to explore Provence as never before from this comfortable location. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and its location within the village allowed us to come and go as we saw fit. The furnishings are modern, up to date and kept in wonderful condition. We hope to return to L'Ambiance.

We rented houses for many years in L’Isle prior to making the plunge and buying our second home there. We too love the area and feel comfortable there. We love the cozy little TV/reading room and the large terrace. Harry is the chef in the family and he created the kitchen to meet his needs – he likes it better than our kitchen in the states! There is such incredible bounty from the markets for Harry to create wonderful meals whether a complex multi-course event or something simple on the barbeque. We are so happy that others enjoy the apartment the way we do. We look forward to your return visit!

  We have rented apartments and houses, in France and elsewhere, and Harry and Judy's rates at the top of our list. Comfortable furniture, tastefully decorated, a kitchen with all the tools you need to cook, situated in the midst of Provence. Sandy was most helpful, meeting us and getting us settled in.The terrace provided a perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine, read a book or have a meal. Perfect location for us. We toured the area most days, and when we decided to stay in town, we had plenty to do when not just relaxing. Thanks Judy and Harry. We hope to visit again soon.

  We stayed at this lovely apartment in L'Isle sur la Sorgue for a week in mid-August. The apartment was as described and perfect for a couple who really enjoy being in the middle of the "action" of this small town in Provence. You could not ask for a better location. Good shops, nice cafes, good restaurants and a number of great sights are all within a minute (or closer) of the apartment. You can also effectively explore large parts of Provence from this location. The owners and their "on-site" assistants were great and the few minor issues we had (phone, wi-fi) were dealt with quickly and very effectively. The apartment was clean, the kitchen very well equipped and it offered everything a couple would need for a great stay in Provence. We would definitely recommend this apartment as a great rental option. Thanks Harry & Judy!

  L'Ambiance was perfect for our kick back and relax holiday. Very well equipped with quality, tasteful furnishings it offers a high level of comfort. The private terrasse is great for al fresco dining and the lounge windows overlooking a main thoroughfare are ideal for soaking up the atmosphere and 'people watching'. Its location could not be more convenient, a matter of a few steps to la boulangerie, Maison de la Presse, cafes, restaurants and Isabella's ice cream parlour!

  This gracious and comfortable apartment right in the heart of L'Isle Sur la Sorgue provided a wonderful place to stay for our Provencal vacation. The apartment was well equipped and cozy and we loved being able to sit in the living room and see the market and town activity. The patio was private and afforded a lovely place to sit and to have a private lunch or dinner when we had tired of restaurants. The decorations were all charming and tasteful and the location could not have been better. We loved it!
