Charming 4 bedroom Sconset cottage at 11 Sconset Avenue, a quiet side street near village, beach and Sankaty Lighthouse. Home is tastefully decorated with first floor consisting of a living room, fully appointed kitchen and dining area, as well as two bedrooms . One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has a single twin and a trundle bed below. A full bath with tub completes the first floor.
Upstairs are two bedrooms- both with twin beds. One set of twins can be converted to a king bed if desired and bedding is provided for both alternatives. Another bath with a stall shower is on the second floor.
The backyard includes a deck with dining table and umbrella which can easily accommodate 6. There is also an outdoor shower and room to relax.
Home is fully furnished with linens including beach towels and beach chairs. The beach is an easy bike ride.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks Sconset. The house was very comfortable with all amenities listed. The owners were very helpful anticipating our needs and very responsive to any request. We highly recommend this property. It is in walking distance to Sconset and the WAVE Polpis Road bus stop is a block away. Excellent, quiet location.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

Great, clean and well laid out cottage within easy walking distance of center of Sconset. Wonderful large yard where children played soccer and lacrosse. Very nice and accommodating owner. Highly recommend this home!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Located 1 mile from "hub" of sconset. Sweet little cottage on quiet street. Owner VERY helpul and thoughtful. Clean!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Pam's cottage in Siasconset was everything we hoped for our Nantucket experience. Clean, nice, pristine front and backyard, extremely well furnished we had a great time. Our family had a wonderful stay here. The cottage was very clean, nicely decorated, well-appointed with everything we needed, and convenient to everything in Sconset.
