We are barely 5 mins walk away from Calangute Beach and close to Calangute market and Tibetian market. All the major restaurants and curios shops are close by.
The apartments have a bedroom with a double bed and an attached bathroom. The living room has a sofa-bed which also acts as a double bed. Two private balconies to let you enjoy the view. The house has a fridge, TV, AC, Geyser. The kitchen is equipped with all the cooking gear including gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, toaster etc.
Our guests also have free access to the facilities of the resort like the two swimming pools and a baby pool, Gym, Garden Restaurant, beauty parlor, shops of the resort, resort sight seeing trips.
My two apartments are in a resort barely 500 meters from the queen of beaches of Goa, Calangute beach.
My apartment- My apartments are well furnished for short as well as long stay, stay with friends or with family, stay with young children or with teen-aged children. They have a bedroom, a hall, a kitchen and two private balconies.
The apartment has a kitchen with fridge, single burner gas stove, a microwave and the required utensils. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom and has a geyser and a semi automatic washing machine. The living room has a sofa bed which pulls up into a comfortable bed and is comfortable for two. The satellite TV is in the living room. The bedroom has a double bed and cupboard along with full length mirror and other furniture.
The apartment is an AC apartment to keep the heat at bay. for those who can't stay away from the internet, an internet datacard can also be provided.
The Location- My apartments are in a resort which is barely 5 min walk from Calangute Beach. It is next to Calangute market where you can buy everything from daily supplies to curios to take home. The place is dotted with good restaurants to try anything from the Goan cuisine to pure veg restaurant.
My guests also have free access to the facilities of the resort like the swimming pool, the gym, the garden restaurant, their sight seeing service etc..
The airport is about 45 kms from us and the closest railway station is Thivim station. Please ask us for our complimentary pick up and drop service.
For going around, if you want to hire cabs, bikes or sight seeing trips, we can help you.
The Beach- Calangute beach is also called the queen of beaches of Goa and is the most popular tourist destination from Goa. You can soak in the Sun on the sun loungers on the beach. Get a good massage, get a permanent or a temporary tattoo.
Enjoy food and drinks and the beach side restaurants. You can also enjoy the various sea sports that the area has to offer. On the beach, you can enjoy, dolphin sighting trips, para sailing, banana boat rides, water scooter rides etc.
Overall, it is a great place for a good vacation with friends and family and no better value for money than Fun Holidays Goa.

What a lovely place to stay at calangute...We just returned from Goa after staying in Komal's place for three days...Indeed its a great place to stay though the outside building is not soo luxurious n we really enjoyed staying in that apartment...loacation is very good...My two kids who are 18 years loved the place and the location bcos everything is very close by...beach,shopping and night life (Tittos) n everything.. the apartment is equipped with everything what a guest needs...Looking at the kitchen we prepared all our breakfast in the apartment n truly enjoyed.....Over all we enjoyed our Goa trip and we all loved the sea food at britto's as suggested by Komal...If anyone is visiting Goa then please stay in this apartment and dont forget to visit britto's at bhaga beach bcos its the best restaurant... we will definately visit there end of this year again.Recommended for: Families with young children, romantic getaway.

I arranged the accommodation on the internet and all communication with Komal was by email. She arranged my transfer from the airport which was there when i arrived and I was met at the complex by Alok, a very courteous and pleasant young man. The apartment is basic (as is most accommodation in this area) but comfortable and clean. Kitchen facilities are all there although i did not choose to use them. Towels and linen were changed regularly and Alok attended almost every day to service the room. The complex in which the apartment is housed could do with upgrading. it is in need of repair, and looks grubbier and less maintained than 3 years ago when i stayed there. The bar closes very early although the staff are very pleasant and helpful. As a woman travelling alone i felt very safe staying in this complex and had no difficulties at all. Komal assured me that both she and Alok were contactable if i required anything. Calangute is a busy and vibrant part of Goa but shouldn't be chosen if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle. The streets are busy, noisy and dusty and a bit of a shock if you are visiting for the first time, although again I felt safe to walk about alone even at night. I particularly like walking down CSM Road which houses many jewellers and good restaurants. Do not get caught out by paying over the odds prices for items in the shops, rule of thumb offer a 3rd of the asking price and be prepared to pay half, haggling is expected and can be a lot of fun. The beach at Calangute/Baga is a delight however you are constantly approached by sellers, which can become irritating for some people. Food and service in the beach shacks is usually of a very high standard. Reasonable taxi rates allow you to sample other quieter beaches with fewer sellers if you want a more relaxing day on the sunbed, Morjim and Ashven beaches are very nice, as is Palolem, if you are looking for a central base to spend your holiday in a basic but comfortable apartment I would recommend this apartment.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Komal was a wonderful host who was prompt in looking after every need of ours. From the time of booking till we left, we had excellent communication with her and she is a refreshingly honest and fair person to deal with. The property although not terribly luxurious was very comfortable to stay in and its good if you are looking for a home away from home. I personally get tired of resort style breakfasts day after day so it was wonderful to be able to cook your own breakfast in the little kitchenette. Everything worked in the flat, there was plentiful hot water for showers. The tv is a bit small though and a bit straining on the eyes. Also it would be good to have a few extra channels-maybe one or two english ones for foreign guests. One word for Alok-the housekeeper, he was amazing-nothing was too much trouble for him and he sorted out every problem within minutes and looked after us in the best possible manner. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends as its very good value for money and worth even more for all the personal touches. Its good that its in a vibrant market area with a choice of restaurants although Calangute is not the best place if you are looking to relax on the beach. But it is well placed to make day trips to everywhere else.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.
