Accommodations: Master bedroom has a king size bed with sitting room and adjoining bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed and built-in desk area. Third bedroom has 2 full sized beds and fourth bedroom has 2 twin sized beds. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the back sun room if you need additional space. The house is perfect for two families.
Amenity cards are available for guests over 12 years old at $50 each from Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35/week off season. These cards allow guests access to all island pools, golf courses, tennis and restaurants. We need to know at the time of booking the number of amenity cards you will need.

This is a home away from home. The layout of the house is great: plenty of space, and plenty of opportunities for privacy, huge master bedroom. The kitchen is great for preparing meals. The location can't be beat! Easy beach access and canal in the backyard. The canal is great for kayaking, fishing, and crabbing. The owners provide a golf cart, bikes and kayaks. Owners have always been helpful and easy to work with. We would certainly recommend this property to our friends.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers.
