Furnished condo in great location
My family and I loved the condo. We have lived in several apartments over the last year or so on my rotations and this place was the best by far. Extremely comfortable and large bed in master with two twins in guest. Fast Internet and good cable package. Right between pool and walking trail. Owners very nice and take good care of property. Great location not far from downtown

This comfortable condo is located in a quiet, gated residential community populated by locals, not full of noisy tourists, 15 minutes to Folly beach, even closer to downtown. The owners renovated the unit just this past spring with comfort and quality in mind. All the fixtures and finishes are upgraded, the beds and bedding are high end and so comfortable (such a relief to travel and have an awesome bed to sleep in)!! The pool is directly across the driveway from the unit, and includes lots of deck chairs/lounges, clean restrooms, covered patio, and the pool itself is well maintained. And since it's all locals, the pool was never crowded - the whole week there was maybe 1 other person besides us using it. There's a shower on the deck to rinse off after you've been to the beach so you don't have to walk into the condo all sandy. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a nice crock pot, salad spinner, Cuisinart coffee maker, Cuisinart cookware and plastic wrap/foil and plastic storage containers for leftovers. We absolutely loved getting out and walking on the West Ashley Greenway which runs through the backyard of the condo. The owners have used high quality Charleston art to decorate, which helped with the "vacation" feel even while we were so "at home" and comfortable. I was also pleased with the number of unique, local restaurants close by. The Google map provided has tons of helpful markers for groceries, the best local fishmonger, restaurants, and of course all the attractions. TVs/cable/DVD in each room, DVR/Free OnDemand in the living room, and wifi! This was one of our best vacations. Thank you Martha & Peyton!
