Yes, it is just like checking into any hotel/ resort they take it for a security deposit. If you leave the room in good condition and nothing damaged or missing they will not charge it.
Do you have to take a Tour (talk to a salesman)?
No tour required. I am a owner and you would be traveling as my guest into the resort.
How do I get a confirmation?
About 72 hours after your payment you will get a email that has a confirmation letter in it. That will show you as my guest for the days you have paid to travel.
