Just steps to the beach, fully furnished and perfectly appointed, this adorable cottage is the perfect spot to get away from it all. Enjoy Capitola beach and village fun without ever using your car. Retreat to your cottage to relax in a peaceful and cloistered neighborhood overlooking the village.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, small flat screen tv with DVD player, games & books. The front porch is inviting with outdoor furniture - the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a lemonade made from the Meyer lemons on the tree in the front yard! The back deck ioverlooks your private back-yard with brick patio. Everything you need for al fresco dining awaits - dining table/chairs, and a gas bbq with a beautiful large shade tree. There is also an outdoor shower with hot & cold water for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Inside the cottage, one bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has a trundle bed (two twins) and has privacy curtains that divide it from the main living space.
As part of the main living space, a window nook with a queen sized bed is drenched in sunlight from stained glass window.
Living room recliners and a celing fan provide the perfect place to curl up with a good book.
The single bathroom with shower and sink is equipped with fluffy white towels and a seashell mirror.
Lovely linens and plenty of beach towels are provided.
The built in dining space seats six comfortably for quiet dinners at home.
Wireless internet and cable TV with built in DVD player.

This cottage is everything you could possibly want from a home in Capitola. This house is nestled on a quiet street away from the noise of the village, yet close enough to be apart of the action as desired. The front porch and backyard are spacious and comfortable for relaxing or entertaining. The kids loved playing frisbee out front while we made a wonderful BBQ dinner out back. The home itself is just as the pictures show with a spacious living area and comfortable linens. The home was very clean and well maintained with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The homeowners were very attentive to answering our questions and helping us through the booking process and throughout our stay. We will certainly return to this adorable home and we would recommend it to others looking for a quiet get away in an amazing place.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
