  My wife and I stayed in the three bedroom unit at The Falls for three months this winter from the beginning of January to the end of March. How much did we like it ? We have already rebooked for next year. The furnishings are first class, the location is great for us - just a short drive to Red Rock for hiking or to the strip for some fun. Close proximity to shopping and other services. The facility is just great - 3 swimming pools and a well-equipped fitness centre. But above all this, what impressed us the most was the owner - her quick response (immediate response) to any questions, her eagerness to see that everything met or exceeded our expectations, and her courtesy, professionalism and grace in all dealings was above and beyond the norm. This is the most positive rental experience we have ever had and we have rented many units in many places. Our thanks to the owner for the wonderful time and we hope this review contributes to your continuing success in the future.

  Very quiet and serne community, I really enjoyed my stay at the property. Kinda was great and took care of anything we needed, I used this property for work for 7 weeks, upon leaving I actually missed the place, next time Im in Vegas I will be contacting Kinda again per our property needs.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway.

  My friends and I stayed there for 44 days from the end of May through mid-July 2012. We all loved the 3 bedroom condo. It was in a very relaxing environment away from the strip. It made for a very comfortable home-life, while on the road for several weeks. The beds couches outdoor furniture along with the dining room utensils and Washer and dryer were great. The condo development was secured in a gated community and only a few minutes away from the I-215, along with having a wonderful pool area and a surprisingly very good excercise room. The location is only a 10-15 min drive from the strip and approx 10 min away from Red Rock. Best of all Kinda, the owner, was wonderful to work with. Everytime I emailed her question(s) about the place prior, during and after my stay, she always responded in an accurate and very timely manner. If you truly enjoy peace and comfort at the end of a day in Las Vegas then this is the condo for any age group.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

  My husband and i loved the one bedroom condo very spacious and very clean .Spent most of the vaction by the beautiful pools and nice to know that one was heated.Location very close to every thing including the freeway directly to strip and airport.We would highly reccomend this property.

  Nice location (by Red Rock) Gated with 24 hour security. Unit was very clean, very comfortable, easy to cool. Clubhouse had a fully equipped exercise room, three pools, and all were very well maintained. Many good restrurants and shopping near by. Easy access to the intersate for additional sight seeing trips. Highly recommend.

  We loved everything about the place. The location was great, away from the strip but not to far. The condo itself was 100% comfortable all the way down to the thread count on the sheets that were on the bed & fold away bed. The decore was nice, all the amenities you could possibly need. The furniture is good quality and very cozy. The pools were very nice, never crowded and always clean. The workout facility has everything and is well maintained. The entire complex is very well kept and anything else you might need is in walking distance, which I did on more than one occasion. Working with Kinda was a breeze, she was always available if I needed anything or had questions. All in all it was a wonderful experience, I will definately recommend it to anyone and we are already planning to return.

  My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Falls. The condo was clean and newly furnished and very comfortable. The pool area was just like being in a resort and all the facilities were top notch. The location was great, away from the noise of the strip but just a short car ride from it and some great outlet shopping. We will definitely visit again, next time we'll bring the kids.

Additional information about rental rates

Minimum 60 day rental, $45 per night for the 1 bedroom units and $55 per night for the 3 bedroom unit.

Cancellation policy:

RENTAL RULES 1. The Condo association requires a minimum 60 day lease for use of the common areas such as the pool, hot tub and gym. Tenants may obtain photo ID form the property management by showing their 60 day lease. 2. One of the three pools are heated during the summer months only. Dates are weather dependant and may vary from year to year but are generally April 1 to October 31st. The pool, hot tub and gym may be closed for maintenance at any time. Annual maintenance is scheduled prior to spring heating and may result in closure of the pool area for 2 to 3 weeks for cleaning. Use of the pool, hot tub and gym is not guaranteed under this lease. The operation of the pool, hot tub and gym the responsibility of the property management company and is subject to the rules and regulations of the homeowners association. 3. Smoking is allowed outside only. 4. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 5. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. 6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 7. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 8. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed. 9. PARKING PASSES – are issued by the property management company to tenants staying over 60 days. Please see check in letter for information on how to obtain passes. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure. 10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. 11. Hot Tub: [No children under the age of 14 permitted in hot tubs at any time] [without adult supervision]. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. 12. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages] 13. Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless: • The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or • A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. • The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:  Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;  Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and  Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
